The most important thing in moving is communication. The movers did a great job in asking questions and being very professional. I could tell by the way they wrapped my things that my things would be protected. I will use them again and again. Excellent service.

Having the movers out from Olympic made my day a breeze as they both packed and moved my family in one day with 8 movers. The manager, Chris, was an exemplary fellow who managed to keep his staff on track for 8 straight hours. I believe that they were most effective in assuring that nothing was damaged and that all of the expectations were met. Our deadlines were all kept and Imust admit, I was pleasantly surprised by how keen everyone seemed on this team. Ill certainly recommend to others.

The review that was posted just below this one is from someone who has an erroneous interest in harming my reputation as a mover. This would never, ever happen. Pity.

Its funny, I was completely sure that this move will be smooth. Unfortunely the guys seemed tired and a bit drunk if you ask me, They worked slow and damaged my bedframe ( which they tried to hide from me ). They used to be good but I guess now like every other company...They are dishonest!

I think that this company has the best movers I've ever used. First the owner of the company was the main mover on the job. That was a first. His team of 4 assistants were all very knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly careful. The group arrived ten minutes before the job and had even called on the way out to ask if I wanted anything from the coffee shop. They put down ample floor protection on my new wood and covered the walls with a cardboard Ive never seen used before. There wasnt' a smudge of evidence left behind that I had moved into the condo for 6 hours. I'd give that one a thumbs up to a never before...The bill was what I expected. Less than last time! I travel all over California and have moved many moving companies. This company was the best for three reasons. 1.) Clear on billing ( I have found this issue to be one of the main issues with other companies I have used) 2.) Professional office staff. 3.) Quality men ( Brett and Chris were great, it was like they had a MD in moving furniture) Use this company trust me they are honest good people......

I'm happy I used Brett and the guys to move my home across town. We needed 2 trucks and 6 movers to handle this in one day and he was a superb manager. I appreciated most the fact that I hired Olympic on a referral from Citysearch and everything that they promised in both their advertising and over the phone was exactly as expected. Their team was very quick and experienced. The foreman held the job together seamlessly and was very comfortable to work with. The trucks were really big and gave a nice first impression to my new location being clean and in good condition. Not a single item was damaged. The cost was within the estimate. All in all, I couldn't have had a better experience.

I was reffered to Olympic by one of my employees. We had been using a "Larger" companies for many years but with this economic down fall I wanted to save some bucks. I have never been happier. My mom and I enjoyed moving with Chris and Jabari this weekend. They were punctual and ultra careful and especially polite and well spoken. It was a first rate experience all around and I would recommend to anyone. From the beginning introductions to the final delivery, everything went smoothly and we were well prepared in advance so that they could get the job done in the best fashion. I especially appreciated that they had us sign off on the time sheet for any breaks they took. They didnt skip a minute and they were especially quick to finish the job. 8 Hours of moving and they never broke their pace. That says alot.

As a regular citysearch person, I felt it important to contribute to the conversation. Olympic Movers is used regularly by many of my friends in the business that I work in and I would trust Brett to cover my assetts on any occasion. He and his guys are far above and beyond the norm. Request him and he will come out himself. He owns the company and you will find no better guy for the job.

Having an office full of books...I mean full...These gents had their work cut out for them. The work that we scheduled yesterday was estimated to take 8-10 hours and our movers from Olympic had it finished in 6. They volunteered to take the stairs because it was quicker than the elevator. Enough said.

This company is the best moving company I have ever used. I just used them for the fourth time and they are always excellent. There men are amazing movers and wonderful with the all over service. I was reading through the reviews and I couldn't belive that poor review posted 12/26/08. So I read all reviews posted by that reviewer and saw that it was another moving company that on the same day wrote a wonderful review about their company. So beware of the reviewing system and always check other reviews by the same reviewer to make sure that they are real. On a side note Olympic Movers is a wonderful company. Watch there video which is a great way to see what kind of company it really is. Just to confirm that this company is true to its roots. Im very happy with the work done this weekend and would refer to my grandmother...The guys were well mannered and superbly skilled. They were 10 minutes early and had a nice truck. First impressions are everything and I appreciated the extra care and attention to detail.

The main details that we look for in a service provider are punctuality, accurate estimates, well trained service personnel, and operations accessibility. I can't recommend this outfit highly enough to anyone who is looking for a responsible moving service. Our office has been 100% satisfied.

I had to send away another moving comany...won't name names...because the guys made me uncomfortable and I called last minute to Olympic Movers for help in my move to OC. They were available and showed up in 90 minutes and I was pleasantly surprised by who showed up. There was quite a walk out of my apartment complex and the guys noted to me that the elevator would be too slow so they took the stairs up and down to the third floor. We were in a rush to beat the traffic crunch through south LA and they made the job go by twice as fast as the estimate. They actually were running back and forth to the building. I appreciated their efforts very much because they saved me about $300 from what I expected to pay and I was on a tight limit for my $$. As a single mother, I really needed the help and will definately call again.

Olympic Movers moved my mom who is 90 years old. They packed all of her things with care. They were sensitive to Mom's needs and knew there craft well. Olympic Movers is by far the best movers I ever used and I would use them again and again.

This is a fantastic moving company. They were hard working and professional. I could not believe how low this bill was. I've moved many times and you cannot beat them for service or price. I'm extremly satisfied with Olympic and I highy recommend them.

I contracted with Olympic Movers last week and I was very pleased with their services. I move every year and every year I call a different company. I'm keeping Olympic on my list. They had a nice white truck, plenty of loading pads for my 3 bedroom, polite and professional staff worked with the owner of the company. They all worked as a team to accomplish a feat that took less than a day to complete. Wy last move took about tweice as long and cost twice as much as a result. Olympic used equipment that I've never seen before to haul out 12 boxes at a time! They moved steadily throughout the day for 8 hours and never slowed down. Not one item was damaged and that was the most important thing to me. They took the extra care that I needed to assure that my antiques were well guarded. User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars We moved our three bedroom house from Los Angeles to Sherman Oaks last weekend. Olympic Movers did an excellent job. They were on time and professional. They moved quickly but handled my furniture withg care. The bill was lower than I expected and for a low price I recieved five star service. I will use Olympic everytime I move.

I HIGHLY recommend this moving company. These guys were terrific! First, I called them the Monday before the last weekend of the month, which we all know is really last minute, and they happily accommodated me. They even offered to move me as early as 7 A.M. on Saturday! They showed up promptly at 7 A.M. with a good attitude and ready to work. They worked so efficiently throughout the morning that I was moved out of my apartment and into my new apartment before 10 A.M. (both apartments included stairs which the guys had to tackle with my furniture)! I was completely blown away by how hardworking, considerate and professional these guys were. Let me just plug a fact of life, they charge more per hour than some of their fellows. But guess what... you will pay less in the end than those promising less expensive hourly rates. They do this through an obvious degree of hustle when they are employed on the job. I have observed this for myself and have been pleasantly surprised to see many of these characters jogging it out back to the location when the wind is in them. My company has attempted to resolve a billing issue with this certain special someone but since they have decided to slander our reputation I suppose that there will be no other recourse but to work through due process. My reputation is impeccable and was perfect until this person filed a complaint. We have done everything that we can to help her out.

I am a yearly mover here in LA and I am happy with the team that came out this time from Olympic Movers. I have yet to refer a moving company and felt that this was an occasion that I ought to help with. They deserve the support...The work that Brett, Chris, and Sean performed was beyond the call of duty and they served my family for 12 hours with little more than a few water breaks and a brief lunch. It was a long, hot day and a big stairwell to manage and my furniture is very heavy. When I spoke with the office, they promised to send out athletic guys and they were spot on. Not only were they capable, but they were all college types. I appreciated the communication and the more or less self managed style of their work. Next time, I'm going to take their advice and take a spa day and let them work it all out for me. That's how a professional move should go.

As a property manager of over 400 apartments I deal with movers on a weekly basis. The experience I had with Olympic movers was the worst I have experienced or witnessed others experience. They showed up late, didn't bring 4 wardrobe boxes as promised, the driver didn't know there were 2 pick up locations (even though I confirmed on 3 different occassions), and they didn't bring a big enough truck. I called the owner, Brett, to voice my concerns. Brett promised to credit us for the time it took them to pack the truck over and over again becuase they didn't bring a big enough truck. We still haven't received a credit for the 2+ hours his guys stood around and starred at tthe truck because they couldn't fit our stuff. BRETT IS A LIAR! Beware, don't use them, you will be sorry!

Above and beyond the call. We had a difficult time with the building's elevator and the guys volunteered to carry everything up the stairs to save time. They must have cut the time in half for us and I am very grateful for most importantly getting us moved before dark so we could unpack some of our effects. I had a nice day moving with Olympic's gentlemen. JMS.

Used Olympic Movers this weekend. Delivered on all their promises. A first rate experience. Prepared me for everything before they came over. They even had a box for my mattresses. Joked that it keeps the bed b... from biting. Their hands were lightning fast wrapping my furniture. Taped everything up. Said that too much shrink wrap is a $$ scam and an environmental insult. Appreciated the steady conversation with college grad student types. Being one myself, I appreciated not only having clean cut, comfortably intelligent people in my space, but also their attention to my budget. Nice to be cared for during a normally stressful time of life. Felt uplifted at the end of the day. It was a fair exchange in my opinion. It cost about $400 less than the office estimated. My experience with Olympic Movers was pleasant. The movers, Chris and Brett, were very careful and efficient. I felt that they made an effort to speed along the job as best they could so that we could stay within the 6 hour budget that was planned for. They even jogged back and forth from the truck.

I use OVL for all of my real estate staging relocations. I deal in new furniture and in pristine environs when my company stages real estate for sale. I use Olympic because they provide me with exquisite service quality. I have a long history of working with this group and they have remained consistent throughout years of steady collaboration.
