I needed a tooth pulled, and not having a dentist of my own, I asked around. A girl at work told me of this place, and I promptly found a location in Arlington. They accept walk-ins, so I went. While filling out paperwork, they asked what needed to be done, I told them I needed one tooth pulled. Towards the end of this conversation, I asked if they needed my insurance card. I swear that receptionist perked up immediately. What was supposed to be one extraction, turned into a full panel of x-rays and a full mouth exam. They then take me back for my consultation, where they inform me that I need 7 fillings, 3 root canals, oh....and one extraction. They immediately take me back for three fillings that day, but I have to come back for the rest of the work. And they make an appt for the next Monday for the extraction. Wait, isn't that what I needed today?! That's the one that hurts! I went to another dentist for a second opinion, and he informs me that I need one filling and the e... Read more

I've only been a patient at the white rock location for a short while, but i'm very pleased with the service that I was given. I like many other people i'm arfraid of dentist, but here i felt very confortable. From the gril at the front desk to the dentist Dr. Nguyen( very good and fast). I was explain of the procedures from x-ray taking to what they call consultation and back in the room when i was sat back for treatment. My first visit was on Saturday and yes I admit they are packed on weekend but once i schedule for tx during the week much better services, cause one partically has the office to thier self. I was told by a friend that the service is getting better cause of new management and change of doctor. Another friend told me that the staff is a whole different staff but that this group is much better then the previous ones and even then other clinics. I live about 30min from the clinic but so worth the drive. I recommend this location any time

I am very afraid of going to the dentist. It had been years since I've even gone. A few weeks ago my teeth were hurting me so I decided to come into the jefferson located in white rock. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The place was pretty packed but Dr. Winn (I think that's how her name is spelled) spent time to explain to me what was wrong and was so nice. She made me feel comfortable enough to have my dental work done. I didn't have to wait to have my treatment done and she's really fast too. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for affordable and gentle dentistry. I even referred my friends and family to this location.

I visited the white rock clinic at the beginning of the year. When I firs got there the dental assistants took my x rays without any explanation on what was going on. I had to keep asking on everything they were doing. The cubicle was dirty with yellow spots on the table. Assistants were going back and forth from patient to patient and the same globes. A new assistant was in training that day, I figure this out on my own. He started assisting without my consent. An Asian lady that barely spoke English was my doctor. The assistant introduced me to her. She barely acknowledged me. My clean up took 30 seconds (literally) and without a word, she left. Again I had to call the assistant and ask what was going on. The assistant let me know my procedure was done. Nobody acknowledge me as if I was their next paperwork to file. But what really gets me is the staff going back and forth touching other patients mouth and then touching yours with the same globes. All around bad service ther... Read more
