I love going to this salon! They are REAL ladies (oh...sorry Gene) and gentleman who take their time with you....pamper you and always make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Very comfortable facility, very friendly and capable staff and reasonably priced! My daughter who lives in Alabama will not let anyone else touch her hair but Kelly Kjosa Hamilton!!! If you're in a big hurry...and are cheap...go to Supercuts, but if you want a beautiful haircut, style and pampering...go see Kelly and the Imagine Design Team!

I highly recommend anyone that is seeking to find a Salon that gives great service and consistent results to make their next appointment with the Imagine Design Team. You will not want to leave the Shampoo Bowl, as you will be pampered with a relaxing shampoo massage. Only to finish with a warm towel wrapped around your neck. You really feel like you have had a special treat when you go this wonderful Salon. IMAGINE THAT!

i will follow kelly to the ends of the earth to have her always be my stylist. i found this gem of a salon because of her. she has been taking care of my hair for over 5 years and this is the best place she has ever worked, BY FAR!! everyone is helpful and friendly, giving you whatever you need to accommodate you and make you feel welcome. it's not snooty or uptight, and it's completely reasonable in price, which is a great find in nashville! no, this is not a fake review, and if the person stating that in their review wants to send me a message, i will gladly respond!!! I was looking for a drastic change in my look. All women need to spice up their look up every once in awhile, get that feeling back again of being a sexy woman. And although I am hesitant on getting my hair done or especially cut by someone new, I decided to research some places and take a risk. While searching through... google for hair salons"Imagine Design Team"popped up, so I called and the lady that answered the phone was very cordial, and helpful in answering my 100 questions...I told her what I was looking forthat I was definitely looking for a salon that amazed me and that I could go to on a regular basis.She reccommended kelly based on what I wanted so I set up the appointment. When I first moved to Nashville, I bounced around from one salon to the next in search of a new stylist. I was not impressed until I was referred to Amber a few years ago. She is the best! My cut and color are always perfect. The environment is great, very relaxing, friendly and trendy. Gene's massaging shampoo hands are as wonderful as his personality. I absolutely love this place and will always be a happy client of Amber's!

I visited Imagine Design Salon recently and had a GREAT experience. From the second you walk in the door Gene is there to greet you and make you laugh. If he washes your hair, you are in luck. The best I've ever had! And he keeps you laughing too. The salon itself is absolutly adorable, very hip decor and very comfortable fixtures. It's obvious they spent alot of time and effort on the design. Amber is my stylist and I love her style. What so interesting to me is that she can style hair for a very diverse group. Let me put it this way, she is my stylist and my mom's stylist. Unlike other salons where you feel rushed, this group really takes their time with everything they do. You definately get what you pay for! I think Amber cuts every hair on my head, twice! Then she really takes her time when drying and styling. Amber has been cutting my hair for several years since she moved to Nashville. Does a great blowout job, especially in winter when not as humid. Great to get Gene's special treatment and talk hockey!

I don't know who is writing these great reviews but I am 53 years old and had the most horrible experience of my life. I had been to the stylist once before at another location and loved the way she cut my hair. I arrived at 3PM, she put color on my hair and I was put in a room and told my color needed to stay on for 40 min. My hair was wet, the room was freezing and I soon became miserable ( I guess the owner can't afford to heat the salon). I kept telling myself I only had a few minutes and she would come back, shampoo and cut my hair and I could tough it out. About 15 minutes before my color was to be shampooed out I noticed my stylist was shampooing someone elses hair which puzzled me since I knew she couldn't finish hair in 15 minutes. About 20 min AFTER my color was supposed to come out my stylist asked the girl that sweeps the floor to put toner on and shampoo my hair. Moving to a new state is tough enough without the worry of finding a good stylist. Shawn was recommended to me by a coworker and I am eternally grateful! She spend time with me on my first visit to find out what my expectations were and to learn what I liked and disliked about my hair. The rest is history! I now have a standing appointment every 4 weeks. If a great cut and color is not enough......... the shampoo experience is to die for! Gene has magic fingers! Thank you Shawn and Gene for making me feel "special" each and every month!

So glad I found this place! I found a coupon online to get a haircut at 1/2 off. Great incentive to try a new spot. Gene (I think that's his name) did my wash...oh man! The scalp massage is worth the visit! Ha! I honestly fell asleep in the chair! Ha! Not even kidding. I REALLY liked my haircut...I think the lady's name is Anne? Shoot! I can't remember! But it's a great cut, and I can't say enough about how welcome I felt there. Everyone was so friendly and so non-stuck-up! I really appreciated being treated like I was the special one...not that I was lucky to be in such a nice salon. <-- I've had a hard time with that in Nashville for some reason! :) ...Just GREAT customer service here! I've been going to Amber for over 10 years and have always felt "updated" when I walk out the door. I trust her judgement and her talents. She has never disappointed me. My hair has been several different lengths and I've tried lots of highlight changes...too much fun...I'm pushing 50 but my hair is holding up beautifully.

It's fairly obvious that all but one of these reviews are fake, as if you check the background on the reviewers you'll see that they are not participating members of Citysearch, each has only done (surprise!) one review, namely a 5-star review of this place. And not a single review before or after. So we can all assume it's the owner of the salon simply trying to drive traffic. And why not. But be aware of such slimy techniques, and we can all assume the place is certainly not as good as these "different" reviewers "claim".

Imagine Design Team rocks! When I went to IDT, i was needing a hair colouring badly! i am naturally a brunette, but i had been platinum and then turquoise and brown. when i went my hair was... well the colour of swamp water, by the time all of the colour had faded out. A friend of mine told me about his friend Anne, at IDT, so I thought I would give her a shot, and she made my hair look like it's old self again. I was amazed that she was able to cover up all of the other tortures I had put my hair through. I came out with a nice chocolatey colour, and it felt nice and soft. I then decided to go back and get a cut a few days ago, and I am really pleased with that. Anne convinced me to try something that was just a little different, and I love it. I am finding myself wearing my hair down a lot more than I was before. And to top it all of, Anne offered me a beer while i waited for my colour to process!!! I think that says it all. I have tried many different hair salons in Nashville. The other places were to expensive or the price was right, but i was not impressed with my hair cut. Image Design Team combines them both. Kelly cuts my hair and she does a great job. My hair cut was $25 and it is well worth the price. Guys stop going to the barber shop they make your hair look awful. Go to the Image Design Team and you will not go back to your old school barber shop again.

I've been going to Amber for 4 years now, straying away a couple of times and always coming back! She listens to what or who you wanna look like and tells you, "Yes, it can be done" or "No, your hair will not color or cut like that." Her new salon is very refreshing and calming with paint colors and soft interiors, and her new guy Gene is fabulous! Always smiling and friendly, he now gives a massage wash that's unbeliveable!!
