I have never experienced a medical treatment as i did with this company. To make a long story short, i went in for a checkup and cleaning. Immediately they tried to sell me $900 worth of treatment for something i didnt need. I knew it was a scam because they refused to clean my teeth if i didnt agree to the other treatment, so i left. i went to another dentist and they told me the procedure Bluebonnet Dental Care said i needed, i didnt. The second dentist also told me that he has had other patient come in and talk about the treatment at Bluebonnet Dental Care

I had gotten a crown done at another office. I had been to the doctor a few times because I was still in pain. I decided to call Bluebonnet Dental Care and get a second opinion. They got me in immediately. My tooth feels 100% better. My visit was very relaxing and enjoyable.

I went in to the dentist for a free exam and xray. They went over in detail everything that I needed to have done. I was able to have all of my work done that same day. Everyone was nice and friendly! My teeth look so good! I now have a reason to smile!

I moved here from out of state and have not yet been to a dentist. This past weekend I was having excruciating pain in the back of my mouth. I was talking to one of my friends and she recommended Bluebonnet Dental Care. On Saturday morning, I called the dentist and they gave me an appointment that same day. I was shocked that they have appointments on Saturday! It was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and the visit was painless. I was very impressed and I would highly recommend Bluebonnet Dental Care to anyone.

This is a very nice dental office. I was in need of a cleaning pretty bad. They got me in withing a day of my phone call. When I got there, They were courteous, efficient and up on their technology. I went in for a routine cleaining and they seemed to have a good operation. The doctor was pleasant and it was an overall good experience. I would definitely recommend bluebonnet dental care.

I actually fell for the scam since I hadn't seen a dentisit for awhile. They charged my account befiore any work was even done. This was the worst dental experience I ever had. They also challenge me to take them to court to get my money back. I did have some work done and all of it has to be redone at my expense. I was in the process of work being done when I realized I was being scammed. My mouth was and face was completely numb, I got up and said no more give me my money back. That is when I was ordered back in the chair, which was totally unacceptable. I made a big deal of it even though I could barely talk. They even told me I could not have my records, for which I am suing them. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. If anyone reads this please for your sake, find a different dentist.

These guys are all about money. I have been going to a dentist all my life and i recently moved here for college. I have a good dental record and there is no problem with my teeth as i just wanting a new doctors in the area for cleaning. Well me and my girlfriend made appointment same day, and they tried to run the same scam on us both. When we went it the room, they made it seem like we both had a terrible case of periodontal (gum) diseases and that we need a $1000 treatment immediately. They didn't know that we were together so it was strange the tried it on both of us. So when i told them them that i didn't want the special $1000 deep gum cleaning, they told me that they could not just give me a regular cleaning. I went home to my old dentist as asked him to check and see if i had periodontal (gum) diseases and he says ABSOLUTELY NOT. Stay away from these guys, they will give you a printout of all the services they want to perform on you and me and my girlfriend has over ... Read more

In my previous review, I stated I spoke with the office manager. I have since learned it was not the office manager I met with. My previous review was emailed to Bluebonnet Dental Care, and I don't want anyone to get the wrong impression about the office manager or staff. I have been back twice due to problems with the partial, and the office manager and staff have been wonderful. As I stated in my previous review, the staff is very nice and willing to help. The office manager has seen me each time and taken the time to address my concerns. I am a ninny when it comes to pain in my mouth, and they have been very patient with me. I still don't want this partial in my mouth, and will find another solution. I'm going to continue working with the staff at Bluebonnet Dental Care, and see if something can be worked out. The office manager sat down with me today and I explained what I originally wanted and she showed me what could be done. As I stated before, I'm not a dental professi... Read more

I read the comments from sunflower and thought maybe I reveiwed this office in my sleep! I too had a partial - two teeth - done for $1000.00. It's plastic and broke within 4 hours of putting it in. When I went for my initial visit I told everyone who asked that I was in there to have the two teeth repaired. I had to watch a video on peridontal disease, then Dr. Hebert came in and went through every tooth in my mouth with an assistant. Then I had to see the office manager and she presented me with this plan for all my teeth that would have cost in the 10 thousand dollar range. When I explained, yet again, that I was in there to have the two teeth fixed, it was like I was suddenly a pariah. She finally consulted with someone in the back and said for 900.00, they could fix the two teeth, but it wouldn't last. I asked if there was something temporary they could do until I could get enough money for a more permanent solution and she said no. Since I'm not a dental professional, whe... Read more

I was seen as a new patient no to long ago and was extremely pleased with the service provided by dr bruni and his staff. I have been there a few times now for cleanings and few fillings and They are definitely up to date on their technology and run on time which is important for me because i don't like to wait in doctor's offices. I Highly recommend this office to anyone. I have referred several relatives and co workers since I started going and they too have had good experiences. Their fees are reasonable as well.

I went in for free exam and rays for the first time. I was seen on time and they seemed to have it together over there. The dentist was friendly and they did a good job cleaning my teeth too. They put together a plan on taking care of some old fillings and some small cavities I had and did a good job explaining what I would have to pay outside of my insurance. I have never been to an office this good before. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I have moved around alot because of my job and have been in a lot of dental offices. By far Bluebonnet Dental Care is the best I have seen. The staff is friendly and professional. They were on time and the times I have been there I never had to wait. The office is exceptionally nice I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Bruni. He's personable and caring and I would recommend him to anyone one.

i would highly recommend Bluebonnet Dental Care and Staff to anyone. They have a very nice facility and Dr. Bruni has a very pleasant bedside manner. I was treated very well while I was there and the staff made me feel very comfortable while I was having work done. What i like the most were the tv's in all the rooms so you can watch tv while you're in the chair. I have sent co-workers who have all had good experiences. Dr. Bruni is the BEST! No question.

As a physician, I was embarrassed by how money-hungry and unconcerned Dr. Bruni was with me as a patient. I went to have my teeth cleaned and Zoomed. While having my teeth cleaned by one the techs, he came in for about 1 minute to review my X-rays and said "everything looks fine." Then when I was leaving, his office manager brought me in a room and gave me a bill for $6K for 'my tooth extraction' and multiple Cerec filling replacements. She explained that Dr. Bruni wanted me to have all this done to "keep up with technology." What??? Technology doesn't make things better! (ex: My old VW with roll-down windows was more reliable than my current fancy foriegn car with electonic everything.) So, I asked to speak with him and offerred to wait. She told me that "he doesn't have time for that." I was floored. This is the worst patient care I've ever seen or heard of. I went back to the hospital where I work, and 6 other people had heard the exact same thing about him. I've also h... Read more

I came in for their Free New Patient Exam. They took x rays of my whole mouth and Dr. Bruni told me everthing I had going. They reviewed my treatment with me and answered all of my questions. The best part is all it this didn't cost a thing. The office was real high tech. They also had tv's in the ceiling which was pretty cool. I was able to watch TV while i was in the chair. The staff was friendly and I'll be going back soon to get my work done. I highly recommend this office!

I have been neglecting my mouth for years due to other obligations (er...kids). When I saw that they had a free new patient exam, I decided to go check them out. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. They did a thorough exam, took xrays of all of my teeth, and came up with a treatment plan for me. They asked what my main concern was, and answered every question that I had. They told me all of the options. It felt great after the appointment, to know that my mouth would be healthy again. Because I am not a big fan of having dental work done, I chose to take some pills before my appointment and sleep through my treatment. This place is the answer to all of my dental problems. I can't wait until I can smile with confidence!

I called 2 weeks in advance for an appointment. They said that they accepted my insurance. The day of the appointment, they contacted me to remind me of my appointment. I went into the office, filled out all of the paper work and they said I had to pay $60. They weren't going to file with my insurance. They wanted my money upfront then let me deal with the insurance filing. I was lied to, disrespected and wasted a day of work. Also, my boyfriend was told he needed over $2000 of dental work, he got a second opinion and he didn't need any of that. Do not waste your time, they only care about money. They don't want to deal with insurance companies so they make you pay first. Horrible people working there too.
