On March 4th, my life changed for ever thanks to Dr. Harvey Carter. After putting off having Lasik done for over 45 years, I had it done. Everything went awesome! Now I can see 20/20 or better for the first time in my life. My recommendation for anyone I now talk to, do not procrastinate. The proceedure was done in less than 5 minutes. I'd highly recommend Dr. Harvey Carter to anyone that I know. Jim M. Bedford, TX

I was looking for a new eye doctor and Carter Eye Center is one of several in the Dallas area that took my insurance. The office is also located close to my house. I looked up a couple of the ones that took my insurance and saw that Carter Eye Center had really great reviews so I decided to try using them for my eye exam. Overall, my experience was very good. I had an appointment with the eye doctor at this location. They were very thorough with my medical history and during my appointment at Carter Eye Center. It was a good experience, I have really bad vision so it was really nice that he took the time to very thorough. I am used to people rushing in, seeing me really quick, then rushing out. That was not the case here. I got my prescription for my contacts and can say that this will be my new eye doctor for the long haul. Thank you Carter Eye Center!

Carter Eye Center was the best! Everyone from the Doctor (Dr. Harvey Carter) and the staff at the center were amazing. Every person there was friendly and there for me every step of the way. They have that Carter Custom Care type of service and it really was true. I would recommend anyone that wants to get LASIK to go to Carter Eye Center. My only complaint about the center was that the wait time was a little long, but show me a doctor's office where this is not true. I also saw on his website that he performed lasik on Troy Aikmen. That is pretty cool that I got lasik from the same person that did his eyes!

Carter Eye Center in Dallas, TX was amazing! Dr. Harvey Carter and the staff were nothing short of wonderful to me and my mom. I had LASIK done two weekends ago and I can not even begin to describe the joy I feel not having to fumble around for my glasses in the morning. It is still pretty surreal that these are my eyes. I was a tiny bit scared (who wouldn't be after you know that you are going to go under a laser) but the staff and Dr. Carter calmed my nerves and took my mind off of my procedure. I really could not be happier with the outcome and where I chose to have my LASIK surgery. It was not the cheapest price that I found but they came highly recommended and I am glad that I chose them.

I do not need LASIK but some of my friends and family have bad eyesight. After extensive research, my husband decided to have his LASIK performed by Dr. Carter. Since his surgery, he has referred three of his colleagues and two of our closest friends (from out of state) to Carter Eye Center. Fortunately, they all qualified for the surgery and were able to get it done with a short time frame. My husband, and everyone he has referred, only have good things to say about their experience and are still enjoying perfect vision years later.

What a difference Carter Eye Center made in my life. I am a reporter for a TV station and was having a hard time seeing the teleprompter, even with my contacts. The lights in the studio were especially difficult. But I went to Carter and he and his team made it all better. I'm seeing 20/20 and couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. Carter!

I absolutely LOVE Carter Eye Center! He and his staff were GREAT! I got my LASIK suregery done two years ago and couldn't be happier. May sound stupid, but they changed my life :) Best investment I've ever made! The only thing I didn't like was driving from Tyler to get it done, but it was worth the drive.

Dr. Carter is a rude nasty man. During your appointment he will constantly be snorting the snot in his nose and is rude to his staff. This was all fine with me, he is supposed to be the best, right? I could put up with him being a disgusting human being if he would correct my vision. NINE months after paying for my procedure in full ( I knew my insurance would not cover) I'm getting statements saying I owe $5500, and when I call to talk to someone in billing I get an answering machine! Steer clear of this place!!!
