Very happy with there service.After having trouble geting the heat to work I called these guys and found out our house has 3 different brands of heaters.I wish we had called this company before as our old company only worked on some brands and ended up replacing one of our units because they said the parts where unavailable even though it was only 8 years old.Great job guys.

Called this company for a second opinion after a friend told me about them. I wish I had called them first!!! After spending several thousand dollars over the past 4 years on my old system only to have it break down again this summer I called 1st choice and let them check my ac over and they recomended that I replace it before next summer as it has many problems that were just patched up and would break down again.It was also low on frion as it had a leak. Anyway, I had then install a new ac in the middle of august and it works so much better and quieter.They got the job done very fast even though it was about 100 degrees outside and god only knows how hot in the attic. My electric bill went down almost $150 bucks! Great job guys.

First time review, long time customer. We would recomend these guys to anyone.We had onother company (John Moore) give us a quote to upgrade one of our older systems just to get an idea if the price 1st choice quoted was far and all I can say is WOW! 1st choice was almost 3 thousand dollars cheaper and the euipment they installed has a much higher consumer rating and reviews. We are very happy with our new system thanks to 1st choice.

Wonderful service! These guys seem to really know there stuff. We were told our unit was dead and it could not be fixed.We called 1ST Choice out for a second opinion and they gave us a quote to repair the unit we have and they even guaranteed it. Seems to me that the other guys only wanted to rip us off. I still can not believe they said it could not be fixed! It sure feels like its working good to me.

Called this company out after 3 other companies all said I needed a new outside unit?(the thing that has the compressor thingy in it)
Anyway, after the guy checked it out (about 5 minutes) and I answered a few questions and he said it could be repaired for much less and he felt confident enough that with the repair it would last a few more years even though the repair warranty was for just 1 year I was impressed by his confidence in the repair. That was 4 years ago! I just recently called them back out in January to get my entire system repaced to save energy and get a tax credit.Great work and great prices as before.
Over all ,Very Happy!!!
I will never call another company.
