There are alot of disgruntled competitors out there than put bogus reviews to try to hurt the few good people that are out there. I have personally bought over 20,000 sq ft of flooring from this gentleman myself over the last 5 or 6 years and everything that he has sold me is exactly as he told me it was! I will tell you this, you will not find better quality of Laminate Flooring at the same price as you buy from this gentleman anywhere. I own 78 rental properties so I have shopped everywhere. If you noticed this same reviewer post 3 bogus reviews in 2 days. People you have to realize that if you are buying B Grade Flooring it will have some defects in it. This place in Lavergne is the only place that I will buy Laminate Flooring!!!

He sold me some defective laminate and will not stand behind his product or answer his phone. He is advertising on Louisville Kentucky as well as Tennessee. BEWARE of this man. He is a liar and a crook.

Every board has a minor Defect, but this laminate works great for rental properties,man caves, garages,etc! It is all Pergo Brand with light discolorations on the finish! There is never a problem with the locking system! All defects are on the finish, some of them are barely noticable, and some small chips! I have over 10,000 sq. ft. available in Many colors and thicknesses! Most of it is 8MM, but we do have quite a bit of 10MM available! he should be put in jail he took money from me messed up two houses then told me f,.;/ off and then told me there is nothing i can do about it then i ran into one of his workers and he told him he was not payed by me and told that guy to come take it out of my hide but what he forgote was this guy was standing there when i payed him.

I purchased flooring from this company this weekend and it was every thing he said that it was. I purchased B grade material and I am not having any problems my floors are turning out just great for the price I paid. Sometimes we expect too much for the buck. The time that you are taking beefing you could have watched the LOWE'S video and completed a job that you can be proud of. It worked for me. May GOD BLESS!!! I was a sub-contractor for Terry Allison out of his Murfreesboro warehouse on New Salem Hwy (that is were he is scamming people now) from about June - August. He sells below standard product (that I flat out refused to install more than once) and tell his customers that they are getting above standard product when he sells it. I wish I would have checked him out before I did any work for him. Getting paid for a job was like getting teeth pulled with a pair of pliers. The last job I did for him, I still have not gotten paid for and he did about a month ago. He won't return my phone calls or my lawyers. He would tell the customer one thing and me something else. He out right lies to people and he thinks that no one can touch him, not even the law or the IRS. His customers, his investors, and his installers should be aware of the type of person they are dealing with. A VERY DISHONEST ONE.

I HIRED TERRY ALLISON OF QUALITY FLOORING TO INSTALL HARDWOOD FLOORS. AFTER THE FLOORS WERE INSTALLED I NOTICED WHITE STREAKS THROUGHOUT. I ALSO NOTICED SOME OF THE FLOOR BOARDS WERE JUST LAID UP AGAINST THE WALL AND NOT INSTALLED. I CALLED HIM ABOUT THE ISSUE AND HE INFORMED ME THE WOOD WAS NO GOOD. HE STATED THE INSTALLER SHOULD NOT HAVE INSTALLED AND HE WOULD COME OUT TO REPAIR THE DAMAGED FLOOR. THAT WAS ON 06/01/10 IT IS NOW 06.15.10 AND MR ALLISON WILL NOT ANSWER CALLS COMING FROM MY NUMBER NOR HAS HE COMPLETED THE WORK. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB BUT TO MY SURPRISE HE ALREADY HAD THE BBB processed a total of 4 complaints about Quality Floors of Nashville in the last 36 months. Of the total of 4 complaints closed in 36 months, 2 were closed in the last year. PLEASE PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE HIRING THEM TO DO SERVICE FOR YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. I GUESS BECAUSE BBB CANNOT FIND MR ALLISON MY LAWYER WILL HAVE TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM HIM AND ALSO HIS PAY. THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE PUT IN JAIL FOR SCAMMING CONSUMERS

Terry Allison doesn't even deserve one star. He is a Terrible person and does terrible things to people. If you research this guy and his phone number 615-439-7880, his reputation follows him. Check out the reviews from rate it all and the Better Business Bureau which is a big fat (F) and does not respond to his customers. This guy is NOT licensed, NOT insured, and if you know anyone from the TN Dept. of Revenue you should report him because he charges customers sales tax but does NOT pay the state which in my opinion makes him a thief. What good is a warranty from him if he changes his phone numbers and company's name all the time. People like this need to be in the spotlight and seen for who they really are! You can also check online at the Nashville Criminal Court Clerk under Terrell Eugene Allison and see that he has a prior arrest record of "Criminal Impersonation" and found GUILTY! This guy is nothing but a headache and this middle tennessee flooring is his new company.
