I was really in a bind last year for Valentine's Day weekend, I had told my girlfriend that I booked a room in AC at the Chelsea only to find out that there were no rooms left. It seemed like everywhere I called was sold out since it was the weekend and then I found Hotel Experts and they took good care of me. They not only got me a room, but I actually saved money. That's why I called them again this year and I'll never book with anyone else. I hate having to use those giant companies to book rooms in other cities when I travel, I really like the personal service I get from Hotel Experts. If I have any questions, the people I talk to have actually been to the hotels and been to local restaurants so their recommendations mean something. They even helped me find tickets for a sold out concert in Atlantic City this year. A+, First class all the way!
