Freelife Himalayan Goji Juice 5

Compared to other goji juices, I prefer Freelife's brand the best. I experienced real health benefits quickly: sharper mental abilities ( work all day long on the computer and tire easily), regular bowel movement, increased energy, feeling happier, stronger immune system. I also love the Himalayan Goji Juice because it tastes good, unlike many others.

After doing some research, I found this information about Freelife's Himalayan Goji Juice:

One such power food that is relatively new to Western medicine, but has in fact been a commonly eaten and holistic remedy in Asian for cultures, is the Wolfberry.

The Wolfberry is also known as the goji berry, and much like other berries it is high in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and a host of other known immunity boosters. What makes the Wolfberry different from say blueberries or raspberries, is that it has further been shown to flush away toxins that are stored in the body, namely the fat cells. Once these toxins have been released the fatty tissue is then better able to dissipate; what's more is that it is in fact the fat deposits around the abdomen that are especially effected by the Wolfberry.

While abdominal fat is unsightly in and of itself, it is in this area that is perhaps most detrimental to heart and cardiovascular health. That is why removing belly fat is even more important than say fatty deposits elsewhere.

The Wolfberry can be eaten whole or dried, as it has been done for years across Asia, incorporated in an array of dishes, and they are now being sold in drinks targeted specifically for weight loss reasons. More and more research into the side effects of the accumulation of stored wastes in the body are proving that they are making it increasingly difficult to lose weight; for this reason it appears the wolfberry is so apt to spurring weight loss.

Once ingested this potent berry will work its way through the stomach, liver, and digestive tract flushing out what wastes it comes into contact with. Upon being absorbed into the system a similar process occurs throughout the rest of the body and fat cells. With these toxins then removed one is left feeling revitalized, refreshed, and energized.

The unique combination of nutrients in the Wolfberry come with many other benefits outside of weight loss alone. These include a stronger immune system, better clarity of mind and sharper focus, a restored the liver, increased vision levels, and even a better ability to ward off cancer. Along these same lines they spur an increase in energy levels which is yet another important factor of weight loss.

Among the many vitamins and minerals there are Vitamin C, zinc, calcium, potassium, 18 amino acids, iron, and 5 of your essential fatty acids. Whether eaten whole, used in recipes, or drunken in liquid form there are many healthful reasons to turn to the Wolfberry.

Freelife's Himalayan Goji Juice is made from the Lycium Barbarum, the Wolfberry mentioned above. I love Goji and would recommend this for anyone!
