I'm happy coming home to a 52 inch flat screen LCD TV, pulling out a fine bottle of wine, and a cigar, putting my feet on the coffee table and enjoying the fruits of my labor. I like to make other people happy through my individual efforts as well, but that is secondary to me and my family's happyness, of coarse.

When it comes down to it, I think that all anyone wants is to be happy. Ironically, most people make themselves miserable searching for this elusive happiness. ...Maybe its just me.

Psh... I remember The Matrix. The first Matrix was perfect and promptly rejected since we can't handle a perfect world and need some drama, apparently. I think being perpetually happy would be a bore, personally, and all the grit and grind of it all makes happy work when something happy occurs.

Well, yeah. I know only a handful of people who I suspect actually crave misery and live on drama. Unfortunately, they also tend to crave company, so I try not to answer the phone as often when I see their number come up on my cell phone.

As a human desire happiness isn't such a bad thing, as long as your happiness doesn't depend on the misery of others. To aim for happiness is a great goal, and can mean many things - but whatever it means for you it is something worth striving for.

Everyone craves happiness. Charles Manson may have really thought that The White Album was a message to him, but he later acknowledged that " Happiness Is A Warm Gun" was really about Doorgunner. Hap/pi/ness is a warmmmmm.......yes it is..........GUNNNNNNNNNNNN!"

I think more than anything that I would just like to be happier more of the time. Most of the time, I'm not. Maybe it's because John Tesh is my neighbor..... Seriously though, 2009 was a bitch so 2010 has to get better. Even being a little bit more happier would help me.

I guess when you're in a state of complete happiness nothing else in the world really matter. You are fulfilled in every aspect of your life, or else you wouldn't be happy.

Happiness is over-rated. I just wanna be cool.

All of the other cravings are just proxies for happiness. I do believe that it is achievable but you have to be open to seeing it when it shows up instead of setting a bunch of pre-conditions. If you define hapiness in some concrete or material way, like a certain job, income, social status, you will be disappointed when you get there. And most people generally just set their sights higher once they have "arrived". But if happiness is defined as recognizing life's little pleasures, or appreciating really good relationships, and enjoying them while you can, being in te moment, then you may find out that happiness has been staring you in the face for a long time.

Sure, happiness is a desire and it's wonderful by definition. However, the older I get, the more I realize that true, pure, lasting happiness does not exist in this life. Fleeting moments at best.

Happiness is essential if you want to live up to your fullest potential. Keep in mind that happiness isn't taking the easy way out of problems. It should be a means not a goal. Being satisfied means being content with your abilities and station in life; this solves about half the battle.

I believe or would like to believe that everyone or almost everyone desires to be happy and at peace. We'd like to be happy, our loved ones happy and healthy. There is nothing wrong with that, it makes going to bed everynight easier.

In life all I want is to be happy, and the pursuit of happiness is my biggest goal...if you are happy i believe everything else just falls into place. It is something most everyone wants and desires. I think that the one who has achieve ultimate happiness has succeeded in life.

How could one live without happiness. It is the one thing that everybody wants, but is also one of the hardest things to acheive.

Happiness is what we all strive for. It is the reason that we live on this planet. Indeed, you haven't began living until you've found happiness. Many different things make different people happy. Happiness can be as small as a bonus on a paycheck to as large as fame and wealthiness. You're life has been wasted if you've never found happiness, either for yourself or with someone else.
