Kyle Korver

Update: When I first reviewed Korver he was a guy who averaged double digits off the bench and shot a great three point percentage. I thought he was a guy who could work himself into a starter and average between 15-20 points a game. He has fallen off the face of the earth after leaving Philly. His production has declined in each of his three years in Utah, and he isn't a contributor to that team right now. He still has a role in this league because of his three point ability, but I was wrong about where his career was going.

11/8/2005 - **** Korver is an excellent three point shooter, but is kind of one dimensional. He doesn't offer much else offensively, and is a tweener when it comes to defense.

Anybody who gave him over a three should be ashamed of themselves. The only reason I gave him a three is because he can't miss from three point range. But, just making threes shouldn't be worth any more than a three star rating.

The only thing this man can't do is suck.*

Kyle is one of the best 3 point shooter in the NBA and an all around goog person. He also shows that people from the midwest can make it to the NBA

He's one of the nicest guys i have ever met. U don't find too many like him. Not only is he fantastic on the court but also in person! I was at the game when he shot that 3 pointer and put us in ot again! That was a tremendous game. He along with the rest of the team made that a great night for me.

Kyle Korver is a pretty good player who fits into the sixers well. He has a good spot and he knows his job on the team. He knows when and when not to shoot the threes. Not to mention, he's quite a sight for sore eyes.

I think Korver is a pretty good ballplayer. Everybody knows he can shoot the ball, and his presence on the court alone is enough to create space for AI to get to the basket. I don't think it's an accident that AI had his best year with Korver in the starting line up. While he's not the quickest guy, he is an excellent help defender and gets his hands on a lot of passes. Definitely a building block for the Sixers - I hope he still gets his minutes under Cheeks.

Kyle Korver is one the best 3-point shooters in the NBA I think. One of the reasons I like Korver is because he played for Creighton (which is one of my favorite basketball teams) and the second reason is he plays for the 76ers which I think is one the best teams in the NBA even though they went through a little rough patch there where they didn't win any games. And yes the 17th was Kyle Korvers birthday. GO 76ers!! and GO KYLE KORVER. and like sixersfan13 said he is doing his job just fine. GO 76ers!

Great player who DOES HIS JOB. He's not suppused to break peoples ankles like AI, Or throw down a windmill like Igoudala. His his job is to shoot threes, and he does it well and with confidence.
