I'm a Century21 Realtor in Duluth, GA, and I like to think I give my clients the service that they are looking for, certainly the feedback I get is very positive. If I was working with a home-buyer, and they were not happy with me, I would expect them to tell me, or exercise their right to fire me. If you're selling your home and you're not happy with your real estate professional, it's more tricky, so my advice would be to interview as many realtors as you need to in order to feel comfortable with the one you choose. Each real estate office, in most companies, is a franchise - like McDonalds. This means that the service can vary from company to company, and from location to location within the same company. As a consumer you have the right to choose who you use for the services you need. I am happy to give advice about the home-buying/selling process to anyone who has questions, and can be reached through my website, www.atlantalocalrealtor.com Thanks for reading, and know that in any company in any industry the quality of employee can vary a great deal. Find the person who you really trust, and use them.

Questions asked and answered quickly. Agents return calls. Terrific web site. Bought last 2 houses using Century 21 agents in two different areas, but got the same great service both times. Very happy and will use them again!

bad experience. Can be pushy. Shows you homes that you didn't want to see. Sometimes rude as well.
