The show is okay, but the thing that bugs me the most is the J.T. is nothing more then a hand puppet for the Raiders. I will say this, he has gotten better at taking an objective view of the Raiders. But then again...He could be told to do that by Al Davis. The other thing about the show that I can't stand is how the show insults its listener intelligence, claiming that the show is on 5hrs a night....That's total Bull. The Shows first hour is replayed the last hour of the show.

I like JT's personality, but the show is SO tilted towards NY, LA, maybe Boston. Yeah they have lots of fans but still, MOST people don't live there or CARE! How is this a national show? Looney is like a sports ed mc'mahon. Rome is sad, still talks like the Jr High Schooler he was in the 80's. His show was fresh 20 yrs ago.

JT the brick is something of a self rightous asshole. He has a certain agenda to his program that does not allow the all of the listeners to state their opinion. A typical republican in every sense he should be banned from the airways. His cohost Tom Looney is brilliant and should have his own show. In fact why is this not his show? Blowhard all the way and I bet a short pussy to boot--most talkshow hosts hat are assholes could never make it past my ass.

JT the prick is a loudmouthed blowhard. His radio style sucks and he is a shameless self promoter. I only hope that these negatove reviews get to him. I am so thankful that he is off my radio now and we have Tony Bruno. I called my local affiliate on a regular basis to complain about the prick and they said that they could not do anything about it. Now I can listen and enjoy real sports radio. I would rather hear nails scratching a chalkboard than listen to John Tournour talk about the Yankees, Raiders, his two sons aged 6 and 8, all the people that he knows and all the places he goes. Then he yells at callers and then his idiotic attempts at doing a play by play while he is in the studio......He so wants to be like Jim Rome, but he has zero talent. JT the Brick has to be the biggest moron on the radio. They brag about he is the loudest proudest fan on the air. When in reality his bias obsession with the New York Yankees makes him sound like a delusional retard. If he were on at any other time of the day he would have been fired a long time ago. My favorite part is when he receives an e-mail from one of his fans that he thinks is inappropriate and says that he won't read this crap on the air and then reads the e-mail anyways. For one, I do not understand the negativity of the comments. I love JT The Brick, mainly because he is a fan. He doesn't come from a background like other radio show hosts where they have a sports-media background. He is passionate with his spills, and doesn't care who agrees with him, he brings it like he has a pair. He is the quintessential nationally-syndicated host, who doesn't show overly biased conversation (although being a well-known NY Giants/NY Yankees and Raiders fan) he is the first to rip any and everything he disagrees with (although he has to hold his tongue on the Raiders since they employ him). The fact he is interactive is great, and he is also looking to strike up conversation on games occurring during the show, and shifts into play-by-play announcer that keeps you in any game going on. Its amazing how many people say they hate Rome yet year in and year out, he has the NUMBER ONE sports talk show on the planet. Screw his ego! What the the fuck are you people trying to date him or something?? Its a funny show and some of you assholes take it personal like he kicked your dog or something. I give it 4 just because Looney and his one liners and cliches annoy me. Other then that I like JT better than Rome, because - again, a pet peeve of mine is cliches and Rome is the best at it. Stringing as many cliches together as he can without articulating his points in his own words.

Guy is simply unbearable. For the 15-30 minutes I amy actually spend in the car at night time going from point A to point B, i try to take the stance of ANY sports talk is better then NO sport stalk... but this guy puts lie to that theory. I have tried to listen beacuse I love all things sports, I have tried to listen at extended periods of driving to make sure Im not giving the guy a raw deal... and he just flatout proves me wrong. He has beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst show on the air. J.T. clearly has the most interactive show in all of sports radio. He loves his job and actually goes to sporting events unlike most of the lame hosts that you listen to. Having the most affiliates on Fox Sports radio is very impressive considering the fact that they are owned by Clear Channel. He doesn't read his radio show like most hosts who have a team of producers who come up with "TOPICS". The Brick is an orignal and will only get bigger. He turns down top stations in order to stay syndicated!

I'm just a guy who enjoys listening to sports talk radio as the music sucks on the FM dial. Every time I catch JT's show, he seems to tell us what he does and does not do on his show, mainly in contrast to Jim Rome. A year or two ago, I happened to hear him say on air "I don't interview stars and athletes because..." Ok, fair enough. So I turn on a few weeks ago during the MLB postseason and catch him interviewing an athlete after a game IN THE STYLE OF JIM ROME. I'd give JT a better rating if he stopped trying to be the Anti-Rome by trying to justify why he does what he does and does not do on his show. Just do your show.

How can JT the Load...er ... Brick be on the radio as long as he has? Loud, stupid opinions that he seems to throw out just for effect. But then the Load starts off with his opinion that Tiger lost the US Open in dramatic fashion that he's no longer the invincible foe, yada, yada, yawn, yada .... A caller criticized Looney's false prediction, the guy insisted he was being sarcastic and funny. JT then went ahead to hang on the phone. Horrible.

Great show. haven't had time to listen in a while. but I must say that he needs to be a lttle more thankful to The Jim Rome Show  if you arem't aware JT used to be a big caller on Jim's show. it sorta helped him get a show.

The show is overrated. Leading up to the Super Bowl he spent every minute of the whole 2 weeks breaking down the game and letting the callers do the same. Complete boredom. Why do I care about what some idiot, biased, clueless fan in Indy or Chicago thinks is going to happen in the game? Taking phone calls non-stop for 4 hours straight every night for 2 weeks to get fans opinions on the Super Bowl is a joke. Here's a thought, mix in some variety.

He only allows 20 seconds for his callers to voice their opinions before just cold dropping them, stating his opinion, and allowing no rebuttal. Who is he, the final word on everything? I hardly think so. His not so user friendly approach to broadcasting drives me away.

JT's grass roots approach to sports is what I enjoy most. I especially enjoy how he acknowledges the geographic, college, and pro rivalries and traditions. He exposes most other hosts for what they are,...gutless.

I like his style, and I love the fact that you know who he roots for and he is man enough to take the heat when his team does bad... or how about going to Boston to throw a party in honor of the Red Sox as a Yankee fan... now thats a man.

I won't list to the brick -- He's rude to callers, critical of other hosts, and is not particularly knowledgeable (e.g. he claims that BBonds spends eight hrs a day in the weight room - any one with any understanding of weight training knows that is simply not how it's done.)
