Noble Roman's Pizza

How does a sausage and pepperoni medium pizza with a cheese cup cost 16.99? It wasn't THAT good. The prices will drive people away. They need to be more competitive with their prices to keep people coming back. I certainly won't be going back until that happens.

One of the worst pizzas ive ever had. I can t give it one star. I'd rather eat a frozen pizza, heated in a microwave. Maybe thats the secret recipe. Location, Bridgewater falls shopping center fairfield twnshp.

I fell in love with the food immediatly and thought it was a nice change to have delivery at work. I was informed today that they had been charging me a $1.00 per delivery. Nowhere on the menu is there any mentioned that there is any sort delivery charge. I asked the gentleman to tell me when in the conversation he had mentioned that there would be a delivery charge. He explained to me that I had always been charged it. I was never told. It does not appear on the receipt as a seperate charge. Basically all the prices on the menu are $1.00 lower than what they are in actuallity. I am very sad to say that because of this fraud I will no longer be ordering from your company. I would appreciate it you would make your customers aware so they can opt out as well.

I ORDERED A PIZZA AND EXTRAS FROM YOUR LOCATION 11603 HIGHWAY 6 SUGAR LAND TEXAS. 77478 May 4th 2008. I HAD OUT OF TOWN GUESTS FROM CHICAGO THAT I WAS TREATING. THE WOMAN MANAGER OF YOUR STORE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 15 MINUTES. WE TOLD THE WOMAN WE WOULD COME BACK AND PAID FOR THE DINNER. WE ARRIVED BACK OVER 30 MINUTES LATER AND OUR PIZZA HAD NEVER BEEN MADE. SHE TOLD ME TO WAIT 15 MORE MINUTES. THE PIZZA GUYS DID TELL ME THEY HAD MADE THE PIZZA BUT WHO KNOWS WHERE IT WENT. I TOLD HER I WOULD WAIT IF SHE GAVE ME THE PIZZA FOR FREE. I THOUGHT IT WAS A FAIR AGREEMENT SINCE IT WAS WAY PAST THE PROMISED TIME. SHE TOLD ME "IN NO WAY WILL I GIVE YOU A FREE PIZZA". I GOT PISSED AND TOLD HER IT'S YOUR PROBLEM NOT MINE. WENT TO NOBLE ROMANS IN WEST CHESTER , OHIO. VERY DISAPPOINTED. CRUST LOOKS AS THOUGH ITS PREMADE, BREADSTICKS WERE WRETCHED, CHEESE SAUCE WAS GOOD. PIZZA TASTED LIKE A DECENT FROZEN PIZZA. AND KINDA EXPENSIVE. SO MANY BETTER PIZZA PLACES IN THE AREA CHESTER'S, MILLILOS, FAIRIFIELD PIZZA, RICHARDS AND EVEN LITTLE CAESERS IS MUCH BETTER. VERY POOR PIZZA CHAIN.

If you live in Indy and can go to one of the "real" original restaurants (such as W. 10th street), you will find great pizza and breadsticks.  Both hand-tossed and the deep-dish sicilian can be found here.  All the other franchise locations and quickmart type locations just aren't the same (except for the breadsticks), and they don't offer the sicilian. I grew up going to the location in Lafayette, IN in the 80's. I thought they all went bankrupt in the early 90's, but when I moved to Indy I found this spot on 10th street that is identical to the one I grew up going to. New visitors probably won't be impressed by the inside, but to me it's nostalgic and I love it.  Great for kids because they have a neat area to watch pizzas being made.

i am a franchisee of noble roman's pizza as for the food i will let the customers pass jugement (wich so far has been good);but as for the company they are very helpfuul when it comes to opening a store from A2Z. As for those who have had bad experience not all managers/owners are a like.

we recently purchased a noble roman's franchise in naples florida, ours is a pizza sub restuarant not pizza from a quickmart type location. The pizza is awesome the subs are superb and the managemnt of noble romans has been fanatatic in helping us get started

Noble Roman's Pizza and Tuscano's Itialian Subs has been the best company to work with regarding opening a franchise. They are available to talk with us any time even after hours. They have been very helpful with seeing that our new restaurant gets up and running. The food is great!

Noble Romans pizza's can be good but as with all places it depends a lot of the ability of the staff. I have tasted both good and bad. One tip when buying a pizza from Noble Romans - look on the back of the box to see when it was made. There are boxes the staff are supposed to check giving the time the pizza was made. If it was made more than 45 minutes ago or the boxes are not check do not buy it. ask them to make another one fresh for you!

False and misleading advertisement to sell their franchise to the potential franchisees. Deceiving assurances and commitments to the potential franchisee. Very incompetent.

Great tasting pizza. We had a wonderful dinning experience. The store was clean and had a very friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Only had pizza from this place once and I thought I would never say that there is such a thing as a bad pizza, but this place comes very close. Was not impressed with the crust, the sauce or the cheese. Have had better frozen pizza than this.

Another couple and us ate at Noble Roman's Friday evening. We had a coupon that reads, "BUY ONE MEDIUM PIZZA (ANY TOPPINGS) GET ONE MEDIUM CHEESE PIZZA FREE. ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS ARE $1.65 PER TOPPING. DELIVERY CHARGE MAY APPLY." We all interpreted that to mean the first pizza includes any toppings. The clerk charged us $3.30 for double pepperoni (we planned to move pieces to the cheese pizza.) He was very rude when we told him the way the coupon reads is that our toppings are included with the first pizza. He continued to be obnoxious stating that it's clear to HIM they aren't. The restaurant had no clean utensils and was dirty. None of us will ever go back. When will businesses realize that we pay their salary and we should always leave there happy? We weren't out of line in any way.

We called the new store in Oxnard, CA and asked if we could use two coupons and were told we could. Upon arriving to pick up the Pizzas we were told we could not use two coupons by the manager. We were told we, my wife and my self, could not purchase the pizzas separately, because they had been ordered together. The employee who took the order stated she had told us we could use both coupons. This is error on the part of the business, they should have honored the purchase. But instead chose to accept a $20 loss, because I did not buy either of the pizzas. When a business makes a mistake they must honor the sale and then make corrections to ensure it does not happen again. Obviously Noble Roman's Pizza does not care about the customer.

Noble Romans has a clause in their contract that a business cannot sell ANY pizza for 2 years if they do not renew their contract with Noble Romans.

The actual restaurant is awsome.

Best pizza I've ever had. No pizza place can beat their breadsticks.
