Who would think that eating fish, which is supposed to be so good for you, would be so unhealty. At 391 calories and 172 fat calories this baby is almost 45% fat! On the birght side, the good fat should counter act the effects of the bad fat.

The tartar sauce is great; it adds creaminess and subtle pickle flavor. The breaded fish patty doesn't taste too greasy either, but it could be more crispy on the outside. The bun is too thick, though. Recently, MickeyD's ordered workers to put half a cheese slice on the sandwich-- ridiculous. They will do whatever it takes to gip patrons while prices remain stagnant or even rise!

About as much like real fish as if Sukings found a fish in the gutter, rubbed it in his crotch, and then shoved it up Binnie's ass before taking it to the junkyard where it was fought over by a rat and a seagull before The Hamburglar chased both animals away with a stick and stuck it in a little cardboard box.

Fish Sanchwich is very good! But French Fries are best! Also, it's great for eating a fish during the Lent. It's much-much better than Burger King! Burger King's fish is bad!

*Update*I noticed a taste trend from the reviewers here which does not correspond to the success of McDonalds. I live in Dallas,Texas and after posting my personal review of the Filet o Fish, I asked my 5 of my friends and 10 strangers in college how they believed the Filet o Fish tasted. Most of them have consumed the filet o Fish and all but about 3 strangers did not like the Filet o fish. (Note that the people who did not enjoy the Filet o Fish were of foreign background. Specifically Indian, African, and Japanese). Me personally, I tried a Filet o Fish in Lousiana and it tasted much fresher. But when I tried a Filet o Fish in Missouri, it tasted foul and nearly rotten due most likely to the distance it had to travel from shores. So tell me, the uptight terrible reviewers, where do you live because certain states Filet o Fish do not taste the same at all.

Just about the only thing that McDonald's has to offer that's any good is their fries, especially when they just come out of the fryer and salted.  I can't stand fish, so I have an idea. Take the Filet o' Fish and give it the Filet o' Flush!

It seems like general consensus here is that the Fillet O' Fish sandwich is lousy.Yet, for whatever reason, I like it. It was one of the typical1960's food that I grew used to over time. I don't eat at Mc Donald's too often, but every once in a while I do get a craving for a fish sandwich.

Goremay Kweezine at its finest. Even by the standards of MacDonalds this is disgusting. Looks like catfood dipped in snot.

No need to hate! I love these things. But then again I like anything with tartar sauce on it. The steamed bun is a nice touch. They're good. But small... very small... thus the 3-star score.
