    This is the only rope bag model I've used, and I just bought another one to add to the one I've been using for 6 years. Having not used other bags, I can't compare this to others, but I liked this one from the beginning and still do. It is fairly simple and quite durable. The standard tarp is of sufficient size, the carry options (padded shoulder strap and webbing handle) are light and minimal but perfect for this purpose, and the compression straps keep it tidy. There is room for two ropes, or one rope and enough gear for the gym. Due to that fact, and the beefy nature of the construction, I would not recommend it for those looking for very lightweight single rope protection. Because rope bags are made to take the dirt and often do, it's nice that it is easy to clean. Probably my favorite thing about the Super Slacker is the price, which is $10-20 less than many other models.
