This device makes it too difficult to balance the volume between one's voice and the music input. Also, it is difficult to control bass and treble. It is a nice idea, it is powerful enough, but the lack of ability to control the balance will cause me to return this product.

I bought this for my 4 year as she loves to sing. It is great for kids to sing along to music. She loves it! Actually, my husband gets a kick out of it too. Definately would recommend. The only downside I can see is that the ipod doesn't really fit in the area where it should. But that really isn't a big deal.

Fun. Need to brush up on the words of the songs though. The only drawback - not having the words. Otherwise great. Two mics are most fun.

I am totally impressed with this reasonably-priced product... The vocal mic is clear and has plenty of karaoke power! The echo feature is great, and the iPod connection works fine... we are loving it! You can really let loose because the stand feels professional. A great gift!

I gave this to my wife for her birthday, and she is happy with it. It's a terrific alternative to the karaoke concept; however, I think it would be most useful with karaoke music, as the vocal muting function is a poor feature. It does not really work very well. Also, the holder for the player, as other reviewers have indicated, could have been designed differently, and does a marginal job of holding the player in a secure fashion. Other than that, sound is great, microphone seems fine, the stand is compact, cute, and seems fairly high quality. Would buy it again.
