Their coverage area is good. If you don't use your phone much and nothing unusual ever happens it will probably be fine. However, their regulations and policies are complex and tricky and their employees are nice but appear uninformed of the consequences of their regulations so they don't inform you of consequences. When these factors effect which calls you are charged for you can get trapped into paying hundreds of extra dollars and they will not give you any adjustment even though you have not been informed. Very bad business practices.

I can't complain about the service as it's always worked, (barring dropped calls I experience a few times a month). However, there are a couple reasons I just dropped my service at midwest wireless: 1. customer service; Employees are of the most unwelcoming i've come across. If I have any problems with my phone, going in this place is a nightmare: long wait times, rude employees, and the "help" they give is nothing more than common cell phone knowledge. 2. phone selection; can't seem to keep up to date with other service providers. Charging $80 (low price) for a very outdated phone (and that is WITH a two year service plan) would have sent me away instantly, had someone not suggested I get go here. For me, the employees make the business, and this location ruined the reputation of Midwest Wireless in my eyes.

Awesome Customer Service, and very friendly reps. Only have trouble with waiting during the Christmas holidays. Wonderful coverage plans for southern MN and northern IA. Great for non-roamers like me. The company is always trying to improve for the customers, not just for their pocketbooks like some cellular companies.

Terrific regional service. Customer service is very helpful. Plan coverage areas are all-inclusive. I have been very happy.
