These are back savers when you're doing crunches. I don't own one but use them virtually every week at my gym. They're made well and easy to use. Also, they're useful for more than just core training. You can use them for arm exercises as well or as a support while doing chest workouts with dumbbells. As work out tools go, this is a must if you have a sensitive back or if you like to work out your balance/support muscle groups at the same time you hit your main muscle groups. Well made, easy to use and versatile, they're a great addition to your workout routine either at home or work.

The best feature is that it stays put. Not a risk for rolling away from you when you go to sit on it for an exercise.

This bosu ball is IMPPOSIBLE to blow, the pump that was sent with it floats in the opening allowing all the air to go back out. Though it looks like the ones at my club, this one has ripples and markings on the inside of the plastic. I intend to file a request to exchange this BOSU from Amazon.com

I love this ball. I use it for core work (abs), and boy do you feel the difference! If you're looking for a ball that can provide versatility to your workouts, then this is it!

I like the quality of the product. It is stable; you don't have to worry about is rolling around. I get a very good workout from this ball. This is the second balance ball that I have owned, the first one was a hassle to inflate. The bosu ball uses a foot pump and you can plug it up without losing all that precious air that you just pumped into it. My only complaint is that I wish there were more dvds with different exercise routines specifically designed for the Bosu Ball. That's the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.
