I haven't tried the product but reading the reviews I can't help but think the majority of these reviews are from the Consultants themselves. I could be wrong and hope I am, as people like myself come on here to get honest answers.

I have only been using BeautiControl for about 7 months now and started off with a starter kit of the Skinlogics Sensitive Skin Care set. It has been very difficult for me to find a skincare line that didn't dry out my face! I am only 24 years old and have always had a problem with acne. I've tried proactive, clear skin line through avon, HSN products EVERYTHING! All of those products did nothing for me and only left my skin drier than it was before. I was then told that just because I have occasional breakouts does not mean I have an acne problem and that the items/products that I was using were too harsh on my skin. After a few months I noticed a difference in my skin's clarity and overall feel! I won't say that my acne problems are completely gone, however they are a lot less "dramatic" as they were before I started using BeautiControl. My skin is NEVER dry and is SMOOTHER than ever! If anyone has had any problems with the products they've used I would recommend trying a di... Read more

I have spent so much money on different skin care lines over the past several years. GM Collins, Eminence, Kinerase, Skin Ceuticals, all from spas, not to mention the standard department store lines. I had to get acne surgery every three weeks (someone popping my zits and blackheads!) which was $100.00 each time! The skin care products weren't keeping my face clear, and I would usually have tears running down my face by the time the "treatment" was over. I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis (I'm 31 for the record) and have had TERRIBLE issues with my skin all over. it was itching to the point where I was bruised and bleeding and couldn't wear shorts. It was awful and I felt awful. I felt ugly and I hurt. When I went to my first spa, and listened to the consultant talk about the products, I was interested in learning more. I have researched these products, and competitors (by the way BC has refused buying out Arbonne for the SECOND time!) She an... Read more

Be aware that Beauticontrol has a production facility in Carrollton Texas in which a lot of temporary workers are employed. Also note that these workers are harassed and discriminated against in a ghastly manner and have no support from the agency that has placed them there, Randstad. I worked there for two years and witnessed this first hand. I became disgusted and left after I learned that they would NOT change these practices or even apologize to aggrieved persons when the harassment was plainly established. (I found employment with a defense contractor where I have been for the past year and a half). I agree that many of their products are of exceptional quality and recommend them. However, If you purchase Beauticontrol products you are supporting the exportation of American jobs. (Much work is farmed out to Mexican facilities). You are also supporting an organization that mistreats its workers. You are also supporting an organization that gives jobs that Americans want a... Read more

Certainly not one of the biggest companies out there but what they lack in size, they make up for in quality. Fortunately, I've never had a severe problem with acne or blemishes but like almost everyone; I do get the occasional breakout. This product does a nice job of keeping it under control without leaving my skin oily or dried out.

I attended mt first spa party ever tonight and it was hosted by a BC Consultant. She was awesome. Every single product that I tested was great. It was a much needed, stress-free evening. ( I could have fallen asleep right there on a strangers couch during the relaxation part) I wanted every single thing they have but hey... Men don't understand the need for these things and my husband is no exception :) So I only bought half of everything :) I'm out of work and think I may have found my calling... It seemed pretty fun and relaxing for the consultant too! My face felt and looked so good that I didn't even put on makeup before meeting some friends for dinner afterwards. I'm waiting anxiously for my shipment to come in!

I have used everything there is out there from oil of olay to Elizabeth Arden and nothing compares to BeautiControl products. I had terrible cystic acne and BC all clear products ( now called " skinlogics clear" was the only thing that would clear it up. My wrinkles are also no more and it is all thanks to a great Maintenence and Repair Program. I wish that you would reconsider using these products again and give it another chance. You obviously ran into the wrong consultant that didn't have enough training or led in the wrong way herself unfortunately. I am running a contest this month for anyone that visits my webpage at www.beautinet.com,if you place an order this month on my webpage, you get into a drawing for a free skin care set ( up to $113 value). Email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.

I have an autoimmune diorder that causes my skin to have little bumps all over it. I am extremely self concious about this. Within ONE week of using BeautiControl, the bumps had lessened by more than half. After TWO weeks, they were gone! The Microderm Abrasion is a miracle worker and the Maitenance sets are a dream. I will NEVER EVER use anything else. I have tried product after product, paid THOUSANDS of dollars to department stores, speciality stores, spas, and doctor's offices and NONE of them have done what BC has done for me. When I say that BeautiControl has changed my life, I really do mean it. My consultant is the sweetest thing and always keeps me updated on the latest and newest products. She has become a great friend of mine and it all started with a spa that I hosted (that I almost didn't host because I thought this was all BS) I had a blast at my spa, made a friend for life, and changed my life and my self confidence level by using these great products. I absolutely love beauticontrol!!!! I use the 20s skin set ( I am 24). I also use the Cell Block-C and their Microderm Abrasion kit, as well. I have not tried or received one product that I havent fell in love with! the good thing is that if you purchase something that you end up not liking, you can send it back for a full refund. Don't be alarmed if you start to break out the first couple months when starting the line. It is getting rid of all the previous product that's been trapped in your pores. Trust me- stick with beauticontrol for 90 days, and I promise- YOU WILL BE HOOKED!!!

I am sorry that you experienced what you did with the people you were involved with. I just got involve with BeautiControl and find them to be very pleasant to work with. Additionally, I find the products to be high quality and priced fairly. I have used other products like Amway, Avon, Arbonne, Jafra, and others and BeautiControl is equally as good. Besides, if you go to Dillard's or other department stores for Estee Lauder and other brands, you will find that the prices are comparable. If you want high quality products that are good for your skin, then you should be willing to pay the price. Price is only important if you want cheap cosmetics that in most cases are not very good for your skin. I like the idea of getting together with other women for fun and relaxation in a spa setting. The other thing to remember is that people are human and sometimes there are those who make the name of a company bad. Did you ever have a bad meal at a restaurant? Did you stop eating because... What an awful experience for you! I had nothing but good experiences with BeautiControl. They are very nice people and I really enjoy their products and find that with good quality products... well, you pay for what you get. That's with anything. Read the ingredients and IF you know anything about skin care, you will see that they are really great for your skin. Therefore, worth the money. When dealing with sales, there will ALWAYS be someone with greed! That lady was just a bad sales rep/consultant. that is all. It is unfortunate for you to have had such an awful experience. Sorry to read that. Wish you better experiences in the future.

Beauti control has changed my morning beauty routine. And because my skin looks so good, people have comented on it and it overall has changed the way I feel about myself. The products are expensive but I find worth the time and money. My husband has even noticed a huge differance in my face. He says I look too sexy for words. I would recomend haveing a good size wallet though. As far a my consultant, She was so friendly and not pushy at all. She asked me to sign up, I declined but she still gives me great service and products. If you have issues with your consultant, Her address is www.beautipage.com/luciunderwood

I started off going to one spa and absolutly loved it! The skin care was amazing and I fell in love with the whole line. I never felt pressured or out of place. The girl that was my consultant always made sure to answer my questions and help me in any way she can. I love beauticontrol and I will never use anything else.

Their products is nice but over priced. Customer service really stinks. The consultant (Hayley) misled 2 girls into becoming consultant when they did not want to be one. She signed them up for all this stuff, so they got numerous phone calls at work to attend training classes and such. When they called to cancel their order, she gave them the runabout and refused to give them a refund. Further more she placed over $400 worth of products on hold for them without their permission. She went on to cashing everyone elses checks at the party without placing an order. It's a mess. I would not order from them again.
