WORST customer servive EVER! They made 5 appointments to come out and see why the DSL will not connect. They NEVER showed or had the decency to call. My wife lost 5 days of work. I want to send them a bill!
Funny thing is they are STILL trying to sell us the DSL. Even when they make a decision we are too far away. hard to think that is correct as my 2 neighbors have it??? and we share the SAME junction box.
