I ordered the mop May 25,2009. I absolutly loved it untill it quit working last week! I found out I couldn't return it afetr July 4,2009. They gave me a number to call the manufacterer, but the number was not good. Looks like I'm stuck with a mop that won't work! Take my advise, don't order from people who do not back their products, it cost you more in the long run! Evelyn King [email protected] I ordered through Amazon and Marco Polo Trading Co.

Got it this morning. Couldn't get any steam. Called help number. Still wouldn't work. Even the tiny screw wouldn't go in. After 2 hours of trying I packaged it and sent it back. What a totally useless piece of junk!!! Who is king kong?

The first H2OFlo Steam Mop I received from Amazon was apparently used since the washable cloths were dirty and the screw wouldn't screw into the handle assembly. We initially though the previous owner had stripped the threads in the handle assembly so we returned it for an exchange. We received a new, unopened H2OFlo mop and it has the same problem with the handle assembly. Further investigation revealed that the section in the handle wasn't even threaded so we couldn't permanently attach the handle to the mop. Ignoring this problem for a moment, we filled the container with water and plugged the mop in. Half an hour later, the mop still wasn't making any steam. More confusing, the product description claims the H2OFlo Mop can be used on laminate floors but the instructions explicitly say not to use the mop on laminate floors. Whatever. We're returning this flop of a mess for a refund.

I purchased this for an X-mas gift and it has been a disaster. When it arrived we pluged it in and it takes forever to heat up we start to clean the floor and pop the steam comes flying out and water everywhere. We took a look at it and notice that the plastic tube had come off. We reconnected it and again put water in it and three seconds of steam and pop again. This is the most disapointing thing I can ever remember purchasing. I don't see any numbers or addresses to contact anyone for replacement or repair, so I will likely throw away and purchase something else from a more repitable company.

I received my steam mop very quickly after I ordered it. I couldn't wait to use it. The mop did exactly what the directions said it would do. It went together quickly. It worked well on the hardwood and kitchen floors. I had a problem with the water tank and needed another one. The merchant I ordered it from told me they'd send me a free water tank and extra mop pads. I was pleased that they stood by their product. I couldn't ask for a better merchant to deal with. The merchant was Marco Polo Direct. I'd purchase something from them again without hesitation.

I LOVE clean floors. It is my biggest pet peeve to have dirty floors since we don't wear shoes in the house. When the floor gets dirty or sticky you can feel it on your bare feet! With two small children, even without shoes, my floors get plenty dirty! The H20 mop is amazing! I love that it heats up HOT making me feel like it is really disinfecting. The water resevoir is large and doesn't need to be refilled very often. The triangle shaped mop that gets into corners wonderfully! I love that you don't have to pump it, and the steam is continuous. I've had 3 steam mops. The first was the Original Thane H20 mop, but after 2 years and 2 houses and many many uses, it finally died on me. So I went to Costco and the Shark Steam Mop was there with an instant $10 rebate. I ended up getting it because it had decent reviews and I was in need of something right away. I was so disappointed with the Shark! I had to go over my floor TWICE with 2 pads and SEVERAL refills of water to get it clean. ... Read more
