Never touch the stuff myself, as I have the metabolic rate of a shrew. I could lose weight worrying about gaining weight. If you're truly interested in dropping a few tons, I suggest asking your doctor for a two months supply of valium, then stop cold turkey. Losing weight, which is guaranteed, will be the least of your problems, but you'll be thinner than a flea's dick. I managed to drop 20 pounds in two months from a high of 190 down to 170. I did this on purpose to prepare for the gym, which I start next week. By the time I'm there, I'll be thinner than Paris Hilton and just as much a slut. That I'm not dropping for anyone...

I've used prescription Phentermine in the past and this ranks a very close 2nd and it saves you the cost of going to the doctor, getting a script and paying $50 for a one month's supply at a pharmacy. The bottle recommends 1 - 2 pills daily. I've done 2 pills and get extremely jittery so now I only take 1. I feel an increase in energy about 1/2 hour after taking the pill. I can also skip and take every other day and still feel the affects of the appetite suppressant - it also makes the bottle go a lot further where as other brands recommend taking 2 to 3 pills daily. I have lost 8 lbs in one month and that is with exercise and watching fat / calorie intake...it's not a miracle pill but it will help aid in weight loss if you don't overindulge.

Maybe I need to take more pills at one time but I have felt absolutely NO difference in my energy level nor my appetite. I am not a huge eater though do choose to eat at the wrong times of the day (night) when I'm calmed down for the day. I have taken this latter in the day to see if it may put a damper on my appetite but not felt anything...anything at all. I am now on my third week of taking them consistently and think I am going to stop. If its not working why consume it. Good Luck!!

This is a pretty decent appetite supressant. But I also need something to help with energy. I didn't have much luck with there customer service either. So if you're pretty active already and just trying to cut back on calories go for it. I'm looking for something else but I will finish the bottle because it wasn't cheap.

I am 6'1" and 230, a big guy, with a healthy appetite. I could not go a couple of hours without eating or snacking on something. Phentramine worked. I have no desire to eat or snack in between meals now. I lost 10 pounds on one bottle just by the appetite suppression. I did not change what I ate nor exercised during this time. I also had good energy and a better mood. Great A1 product!

My name is Judy and I am 59 years old. I live in New Orleans , Louisiana . I have been taking Phenterine for approximately 2 months and have lost about 7 lbs. I was diagnosed with thyroid disease in 1992. Since the typical diet pill will raise my heart rate and cause breathing to be erratic, I cannot use them. There are no such side effects with Phenterine. With the natural ingredients, all it does is help me control my appetite. There isn't a lingering feeling of anxiousness. I also control my fat intake to an appropriate amount, and walk for low-impact exercise. I am very pleased with this diet product. Judy - New Orleans, LA Since August 2007 (25 lbs lost): Starting weight: 186 Current weight: 161 Goal weight: 150
