Great show. I have a think for super hero shows. There could be more action, course there is a lot, but more would be nice.

As a fan of this comic universe that is Marvel, this is a testing way of watching characters you know would never have been presented if not new writers and new visions were sold to the old bosses of Marvel. This takes certain storylines and tries to keep constant with the old and introduce and sometimes tamper with the timelines at which characters meet, learn about their powers, and so on. Overall, its a nice way of showing the younger versions of the heroes & villains, but the timing of some aspects just throws off the whole timeline.

I love Xmen, and this show is the future of Xmen, such great creativity and awesome watching new ideas in the Xmen world and not being forced to watch the old classics. I want to see a season 5, the last episode looked like a preview for the Season 5 with Magneto being nice and Jean becoming the Pheonix, but it also ended dramaticly which could show no season 5 :( let there be a season 5 please

I am a fan of the X-men characters. The only thing is I think retro-fitting them to all revolve around the same area is insane. I think it is a way of making the show appeal to all the ones it might never appeal to. It could have, and should have, been better.

Fairly decent show that seemed to get off track in further season with meaningless plots, but it had it moments in the beginnnig.

I love this show sometimes I wish I was an X-Man. Also my favorite mutant is Gambit and I am so glad that they gave him a small part and let he and Rogue flirt a little.

I love it alot and they really need a season 5 but it does seem that my favorite shows don't have a season 5 like Reboot and Stadic Shock!

I love evolution. Though I only give it 4 stars, it was weak with the original plot. I like the changes and character development along with the surprises that wern't found in the comics. I'm really sad that tommorrow is the last episode ever because I enjoyed the plot and I thought the voices suited the characters. The only problem I had was that it seemed to draw out sometimes and didn't have anything to do with either the plot or characters. KEEP EVOLUTION ALIVE PLEASE!!!!!!!

Even being a cartoon it expresses good morals and a great plot line for each episode. Plus the show is really funny ans deals with teen issues that all teens can relate too.

Great Show! The animation is much better than the original , But I haven't watch the original plot. But I thought it ended too fast. For one , Jean Did not Die and turn into a phoenix like in the comix. Wanda was the girl because when she got pissed off with Someone , everyone around her would feel her pain! I fell in love with Kurt because he was sooo funnie , sweet and kute too! Beast was the man because he is intelligent and I want to become intelligent just like him. Bring. BRING BACK XMEN EVOLUTION

I love this cartoon. Granted that I like the last two season more than the first seasons. This is the cartoon that actually got me into X-Men next to the movie of course! I hope there are many more seasons to come.

First off, let me get this out of the way. The 1990s Saban/FOX Kids X-Men series was much better. Even it had some glaring flaws, but it was at least better than this boring, angst-ridden, sleepfest. The thing that I really hate about this show is how it focuses on teen life and the mutants going through lame social problems and stuff like that. There are some shows with action, and they did bring Beast back, but overall, the show is just terrible. The animation and voice acting are also inferior to the 90s version. Of course, the team of original five from the 60s is totally ignored as well. It has now been replaced on Kids WB (starting this Saturday) with another airing of Pokemon, which is, by all means, an infintely-superior animated show to X-Men Evolution.

X-men: Evo is a whooolle lot different from the old X-Men, but even so, I think it brings a really fresh new side. The characters are hilarious and interact with each other very well. The storylines are awesome ~ they can be pretty deep and cover events from the old X-Men, but then other eps are pure fun (which is very cool). I am seriously seriously hopng for a Season 5! I love it!!

I really like it!I like Rogue as a Goth! I think she's really cool like that and I think it suits her powers too. In Evolution she's definatly my favorite. The only thing that I can think of that I don't like about Evolution is how it's made fore kids. I mean, I talk to college students who watch this show, it'd be so much better if it wasn't only a kids show. I mean... it has so much potential. Oh... and the other thing that bugs me about Evolution... *shivers* Rogue's crush on Scott. Ahh! It drives me nuts!!! lol... anyway... the show's graet! ^Crysala^

I'm completely biased when it comes to anything X-Men related. I've collected comics for many years, enjoyed the previous X-Men cartoon series that ran in the 90's, write X-fanfiction, and gush about the movies (especially X2). That being said, how could I *not* love the latest incarnation of my favourite fandom? True, there are some elements that I dislike - characters that get complete make-overs so that they only faintly resemble the original version (ie:Rogue), invented additions (ie:Evan Daniels/Spike), and the age difference between certain characters that effectively prevent romances/interactions that fans have come to appreciate (ie:Jean/Logan). However, there are so many *good* changes/differences, that all the negative aspects become inconsequential. I love the revised costumes, the fact that the majority of the characters are teenagers, the new relationships and team alliances... I could go on and on and on, but you get my drift - I love this show, and hope that it continues... Read more

the show is decent, its good to see some type of x-men show on tv, but i think the old one was better, it was more exciting and showed the characters more like they r in the comics, like someone mentioned rouge was no gothic girl.... Things like that

OMG! This show is like freakin awsome!!! I think that the show does a great job on all the characters and scenarios. The only bad part about it is that the show goes by too fast. They should be longer! Oh yeah, Kitty rocks!!! :D

I will say it ok but the original animated series was so much better. But I can see how this show relates to the younger kids who never saw the other one. But in my onpion if these x-men meet up with the the animated series x-man they would have it handed to them.

I discovered X-Men Evo, and fell in love with it. I'm too young to have seen the original comics, but one of the first shows I ever got hooked on was the original X-Men. The original I didn't like too much, all the characters were too muscle-bound, and, well, I just didn't like it much. But Evo, it's a new spin on things. The characters have to deal with life as teenagers, dealing with things that my friends and I have to deal with (ie: Puberty *shudders* crushes, grades, etc) plus being mutants. The idea is very creative, Kurt, with his blue fur, being shy and scared of what people will say about him, Rogue, (the goth idea is really cool) and her inability to touch skin to skin, makes her a dark, outcast whose memories are confused and powers are quite a pain in the neck, Kitty, with her first opinion of mutants, and her relationship with Lance, and how she slowly matures into a woman.Ugh, I better stop there before I start to rant. Basicly, it's no original X-Men, but kids today can ... Read more

X-Men Evolution is the worst piece of crap I have ever seen. Rogue is NOT a goth! She was always a bright, fun-loving southern belle, who was drop dead sexy in the comics. In Evolution, Shadowcat is annoying beyong mercy, and what's the deal with "Bayville"? Whoever said this show reminded them of Saved by the Bell is right. The original X-Men cartoon was wonderful. Thank God I video taped those episodes.

This is much better then the older X-Men series. Instead of mostly being about the fight against evil they instead focus on character development and interaction between the characters. It's more about the story then the action which makes it very enjoyable.

I'd never seen it before this week, but after digesting the first two series and moving on to the third now...well, I haveta say its kicking ass. Its up there with the "Ultimate" comic-book, re-energising the mythology with new takes on old relationships and situations. There are even some subtle sleazy laughs to be had (whether intentional or not), like when they're talking about the potential for disaster if Nightcrawlers gets close to his date and Spike pipes up "Yeah, she'll feel two fuzzy fingers"...I nearly choked :)

Sorry, I disagree. In the same way that B:TAS redefined the mythology, I think XM:E is doing the same. The animation is clean, the stories are decent, and the teams they are putting together are nothing but fun. And no, I am not a 12 yr old. :)

Terrible . . . other than the names and powers, it really has nothing to do with the X-Men.
