quick to take your payment but take thier sweet time to ship the item. my payment cleared but vp didnt ship the item untill 5 days later even though the item was in stock. when i tried to make contact with the company i got no reply. as i am writing this it has been 12 days since my payment cleared and i still dont have the item i bought or have i gooten any responce to any email i have sent them

I found what I was looking for, for my PS2, with a great price and shipping was fast!

VPGames is the only site I could find all of the accessories I wanted for my PSP 1000 in one site. The five items I ordered were exactly as described and delivery was also prompt and within the time frame for the delivery I chose. While on the site if also found a number of other items that I haven't seen available anywhere else and I am considering purchasing some of them because I know I will need them sometime in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of the materials used to make some of the items, like the camera was better than I expected. Metal instead of plastic. That's a nice difference.

Compared to some of the sites I have purchased from lately, my experience with VPGames.com was excellent.

If I had to pick something they could improve it would be to increase the detailed item drawings or pictures showing more use cases and more technical detail on the product main page.

I ordered a Microsoft Xbox controller (a green one :D) from them a few weeks ago. I obtained the controller quickly after processing, though processing (even considering the weekend played a factor) took a few business days for them. There was no real shipping progress info posted for it, though I blame the folly on USPS for being lazy as usual about it.

When I got the controller, I expected a Microsoft controller as they had advertised it. I came to criticize the authenticity of the device, as the Xbox logo sticker looked mocked-up, and had to be stuck onto the controller when I obtained it. The packaging had no Microsoft logos, and the controller had no part or other information. More importantly, there was no slip connector with the cable...just one solid (short) cable. However, to be fair, the overall quality of the controller itself was and is still very solid, and it's design is no different of any other M$ controller I have owned, so getting a brand new controller of that caliber I will not complain about.

My verdict: be wary of the company if you want fully authentic parts, but if that's not as much a factor and all that is, is quality, then VPSgames will provide you well.

I ordered a replacement for my PSP LCD screen a few weeks ago from VPGames. The site was easy to navigate and they had a great guide on how to do the replacement (which was fairly delicate). Good price, the order shipped extremely fast, and was in perfect condition when it arrived - very important when it comes to delicate electronics :)

I bought a Retro-Duo in blue and white and am very satisfied with my choice. It is AWESOME!!

It has better gameplay and graphics than the origionals and has both standard video as well as S-video outputs. the system is in stereo and sounds great even on the older games. I feel that VP Games is very trustworthy and reliable and would recomend them to everyone looking for oldSkool games. I will be buying from them again and soon!

Ordered Wii to YGrBr (or whatever it is) cable for Wii console and rechargeable battery for Wii Fit Balance board. Shipping was immediate. Price was best I found. Products worked great. Shipping cost was a little high but price made up for it. Would definitely buy for VPGames again.

The used video game I purchased whcih was the special edition Halo 3 did not work. It was very obvious that VB games does not test used products they are selling. This was very problematic since I received the game one day before my son's birthday and thsi software was the big deal among he an his freinds to play with that night.

My XBOX360's DVD drive failed and I needed a replacement drive. This was the same type of drive that was in my console. I had recovered the firmware from the drive that was no longer working and was eagerly anticipating the replacement drives arrival.

The drive arrived in a timely manner, but when I had received it, I noticed that I had received an XBOX360 drive, but it was a Hitachi drive. Although, it would work in my console, I had to spend an additional three hours working on my console to adapt the firmware for the new drive. Installation of Hitachi drives into another XBOX360 is a bit more involved than the Phillips BenQ drives, and the drives are noisier to boot.

Although I was able to get the new drive installed, I wish they would have spent the time to make sure they picked the correct one for shipping than rather grabbing any XBOX360 drive off the shelf and stuffing it in the box.

I had considered calling them to complain that they sent me the wrong drive, after all the time I spent fixing my console, I did not want to consider the possibility of not having a working console if I had to send the incorrect drive back.

Overall, my feelings are mixed about this transaction.

I have an original style, "fat" Playstation 2, and I use it as a DVD player as well. I've wanted an actual remote, however, for quite a while and hadn't been able to find one anywhere in retail stores, nor online. (The majority I found on larger shopping websites were for the slimmer models of the PS2, so they wouldn't work on mine). The moment I clicked on vpGames' website I found exactly the remote I was looking for, and priced fairly, too. I ordered it at once and it was shipped promptly; furthermore, I've had no problems with the remote since it arrived. Overall, vpGames was a great experience, and I know I'll be going back to them in the future if I have a similar need!

I recently purchased a "Philips BENQ VAD 6038 Replacement DVD Disc Drive for Xbox 360" from vpgames.com. The item said it was "NEW". I purchased it so i could use it for parts for my current one. When I received the "NEW" unit, I went to open it. The silver tape showed signs of tampering and the other 2 tapes indicating "VOID IF OPENED" were tampered with as well and one was not even original...it had another sticker placed over it. When I did open the unit, it was dirty inside with dirt, dust and hair. THIS was NOT a NEW unit. I paid for a "NEW" unit but what I got was a used/refurbished unit...but it was NOT new as it stated on your web site.

I ordered a replacement top screen for my sons DSLite. I got the screen within good shipping time. However, the new screen does not come with the attached speakers. Therefore, my son does not have sound anymore. We see no way to detach the speakers from his old screen and no instructions for installation came with the new one. This information should have been shared in the description of the item.

I bought 4 Gameboy to Gamecube link cables. They were a very reasonable price (I always shop around) especially since they were official Nintendo products. Supersonic shipping speed. I'd almost think they were zapped to my doorstep rather than thinking they actually went through USPS. I honestly got two things shipped to me the same day, VP games in California and something else from Wisconsin (I live in Michigan) and the cables from VP games got to me faster, both sent the same class from USPS.

I recently purchased gold plated component video cables for the xbox 1 from VPgames. I received the package three days after ordering it. The package arrived very quickly and the product was in great shape. I have been needing these cables for quite some time. When I saw that they were around three dollars on VP games, I had to buy them. I have absolutely no complaints at all. The service was great, prices were great, and the product is great. I purchased the New Mad Catz 1080p HDMI Conversion Kit for Xbox 360 from VP Games. A must say that it was pricey, but that's supply and demand, and they were the ONLY people around who carried it. (Believe me, I checked everyone from Mad Catz to every shopping and video game site in the western hemisphere!) My order was processed promptly. I had ordered an NES / SNES System bundle. I don't know why but I just wanted to play old games again, well this was a great system because it came with 2 games and the system and controllers and everything like that.

The games I got weren't that good but it was supposed to be random so thats not their fault. The system *does* play all my old games like it promised it would, and I have had no problems at all.

Shipping, service, promptness, all very good. The product was truly a disappointment. It is a small screwdriver set (tri-wing) to repair a game. They are offered at under $2 by others and I spent a little more here expecting a serviceable product. What I got is of such poor quality it may or may not finish the job. The fit and finish of the screwdriver tip is so poor it required a little touch up with a fine file to work at all. It will do my job because I have machinist skills to touch it up. Someone without the skills and tools may not be able to use the screwdriver at all. Thus far I have not located any supplier with a quality tool for this screwball tri-wing screw.

I got my item in a reasonable time. That's the only good thing. The product didn't live up to expectations and performance. I wrote an email response for assistance, which is their so called preferred method, and have heard nothing back. It's been over 2 weeks now and all I have received are automated emails to ask me about my opinion. A bit of advice VP, read your emails if you are so concerned about your customers opinion and take action.

In my opinion, your best off dealing with someone local.

The bag I ordered and shown in your advertisement was a silver and black bag. The one I received was all black. I was shocked but kept it rather than spending time and money returning it. When you order online you should receive what is advertised. But I didn't.
