I am giving this a 3 because personally, I think this is a one, but teens love mobile phones and would give this a 5. I think it is a 1 star rating because it teaches children to get into debt plus phones especially mobile phones are to be used responsibly and teens usually don't. Phones are for adults. With thier own phone line, if they want to keep the line, they must pay for all calls! But teens would give this a 5 because they love talking to their friends for hours and it makes them feel like an adult.0
