Baking is great fun year round, but Christmas gives you an excuse to bake high calorie offerings. Yesterday I produced a batch of chocolate oatmeal cookes. YUM! They're not as good as the ones my mom used to make, but I have to admit they're pretty good. I'm glad I'm taking them over to a Christmas party today or I'd probably stuff myself with them.

Depending on what kind of mood i am in, we like to make some Christmas like foods. Sometimes I make fudge, or maybe sugar cookies with frosting.I do not make lots of stuff. My daughter is more into cooking now, so we will probably try some stuff this year.
