currently I don't want to disclose my name for I still am using them, but I am on a fence post between bad/good. They have worked with me trying to increase my credit score for I made a bad choice of marriage and it destoryed my credit. I also haven had a two year nightmare with suncoast and they also shut down my credit card, which was NOT behind....THEN SHUT DOWN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, TAKING MY ENTIRE BALANCE AND DIDN'T TELL ME. This is also on my credit report.....I'll give details later. We should find others and report them to the etheics board for the state over credit unions.

What happened to destroy my confidence and relationship with Suncoast? Let me count the ways in which SSFCU let me down... 1. I applied for a mortgage modification, as recommended by a non-profit group and by their very own reps at a housing fair last year. 2. I went through a lengthy process and responded to their multiple requests for documents, certified form the court house, personal information, tax forms, etc. - and then after 4 months received a curt respon...
