RangeRover of Orland Park quoted me $1700.00 for a air suspension compressor which was so called needed for my 2005 Range Rover. I called and spoke to Ed at autonology who quoted me $925.00 for the same repir. Obviously, I took my car to autonology knowing that i would save substantially. After dropping off my Range Rover Ed called me and told me the reason why my car was sitting low in the front was not due to a air suspension compressor, but due to a broken air suspension line in the front which cost me $230.00 dollars. As a woman I could have very easily been taken advantage off, but Ed was honest and they repaired my car properly. I am forever loyal. Thank you again, Sarah.

Ok, where do I start. I was refered to Autonology by a colleague as my warranty on my BMW has expired and did not want to pay the $2000.00 dollars that BMW quoted for suspension work that was needed. On my way I went. First off, I was extremely pleased with how clean the facility was and how professional the staff was. In my car went and I was informed that I could stick around to hear the results or I would be called. I was even offered a rental that I would be repsonsible for if I did not do the repairs or autonology would cover the costs if the bill exceeded $200.00. Three hours later I recieved a phone call with an estimate the put a SMILE on my face from ear to ear. Not only was price about $800.00 dollars cheaper than the dealer, I was glad to hear that they notated everything that the dealer had mentioned, so that made me feel extremely comfortable knowing that staff was compitant in evaluating the needs of the car. I decided to let autonology do the work in which they infor... Read more

I took my Range Rover there once. I asked them to use an aftermarket part verses the dealer part. I was assured that's what they would do. When I picked up the truck I noticed the bill was much higher than the price i was quoted for the repair. They used a dealer part anyway! Then the owner insulted my intelligence by telling me the aftermarket part could not be used. The part was a common part sold by every specialty shop that services that kind of truck. Additionally, I needed a light bulb changed and they wanted twice as much as anyone else. Anyway, when I drove the truck away, it made it exacatly 13 blocks before it stalled out. They had to two it back and properly finish the same repair. This place is right down the street from me and would be so convenient to use, versus going to evergreen park, but I don't like being over-charged or hustled! Just because I drive foreign models does not mean I am willing to burn money.

I have taken my 1995 BMW 540i there a few times. Their diagnosis has always been on the money and their repairs quick and efficient. They may not be a high end BMW dealer-ish shop but they get the job done well and at very reasonable prices. Rich people didn't get rich by throwing their money away needlessly. If you can get the same job done for a lesser price, then you are smart. These people do good work. They know their stuff and are very polite. The shop is clean and a bit upscale in looks. The only thing missing is to be offered a glass of wine while you wait. I am going to be a regular customer I think. They almost make you happy to break down. I don't think I would let anyone else touch my car. They even washed it when the completed the repair! I have been in and out of most of the repair shops in Chicago. Dealers I have visited actually have done the worst work. This shop is one of the best around.

I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY LEXUS TO AUTONOLOGY FOR MANY YEARS. AND EVERYTIME ITS A BETTER EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF THERE IS MORE THEN EXCELENT, THEY TREAT ME LIKE IM FAMILY. THE SERVICE ADVISORS JAY AND EDDIE GO THE DEEPEST TO EXPLAIN WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY CAR. MOST PEOPLE TELL YOU WHATS WRONG AND GIVE A PRICE AND DONT EVEN EXPLAIN NOTHIN. THEY ARE THE MOST HONEST AND RESPECTFUL MACANIC PLACE. MOST PLACES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FEMALES THAT DONT KNOW ABOUT CARS. THEY TAKE ME OUT TO THE GARAGE AND SHOW ME THE DEFECT OF MY CAR. I THANK GOD EVERYDAY FOR THEIR HONESTY, PASSION, AND SERVICE.

I LOVE MY MERCEDES! ...Therefore I am very careful with whom I trust with my car. Eddie and the Autonology staff are always friendly responsive and actually take the time out (with a lot full of cars)...to explain everything to me. I have been going to them for years and the quality is unmatched! The place is clean...the people are nice and I usually have my car back the same day. I have NEVER had to return to them for the same problem or followup check...it's always DONE! Good mechanic shops are hard to find...I am a loyal customer!

I am pleased with the work performed by autonology. Service was great and prices were even better. Only down fall is that I had to wait a couple days for mysa car, but definately worth the wait for the amount saved compared to the dealer.

I really dont know how anyone out there can say anything negative about autonology. These guys are the BEST. They have been servicing my european car and my entire familys cars for the past 2 years and they are the definition of professional. I have practically sent everyone that works with me to Autonology and they all state how satisfied they are with there service. The reason I am stating this is because I read a negative review about autonology which I addressed with ED (who is the owner, I know this for a fact), and ED stated that the matter has been cleared up and it was a big misunderstanding and they did clear up the issue with the customer and that the customer was satisfied and even returned for further repairs. All in all, the guys at autonology are great and there business speaks for its self. I mean that there lot is always packed with expensive cars and that tells you something about there quality. Again and again, thank you autonology

With reference to the complaint addressed on June 19th, this customer did get brakes repaired at AutoNology. In brief, the customer was informed that original equipment was utilized on her vehicle and the customer did call in the following day and complained about squeeking. The customer was then informed to return to AutoNolgy and original brake pads would be replaced and that we would even show the customer the mercedes box the pads came out of . AutoNology did make an honest attempt to rectify the situation, but the customer was very difficult. AutoNology in no way or shape would defraud any customer and made a ethical attempt to solidify the situation. Again the customer was informed that original equipment was utilized and the customer is attempting to hold AutoNology responsible as the customer may not be aware of what original equipment may mean and with that knowledge, immediately after hearing from the customer AutoNolgy did everything in its power not to bring it to this si... Eddie was great. He really took the time to explain the reapairs that Mercedes themselves could not repair and even threw in a free oil change. Thanks Eddie.
