Mountain Mike's Pizza

$50 for two 14" pizzas qnd free (cheap) pasta (with coupon). Pizza good but bad for the price. Go for Round table or your local pizzaria instead.

I Called mountain mike pizza in Hayward Ca on Mission Blvd and explain to them i have a coupon from the (the big coupon entertainment book) the coupon said "Free Pizza" enjoy one complimentary pizza and get the second pizza equal to greater value is purchased. So i placed my order and i was going to have it delivered. The lady on the phone said hold on a sec let me get the manager because of the coupon from the entertainment book. So he came to the phone and said i can use the coupon no problem. He told me it will take 45 mins for the pizza to arrive at my house. Once i got the money ready i noticed on the back of the coupon it said Vacaville Ca "but it didn't say must be redeemed in Vacaville on the coupon anywhere" So i called back and told the manager the coupon is for a different location and explained it was over 100 miles away. The manager canceled my order and told me he was short of drivers and the driver doesn't know where my house is and the cross streets. I said i have ordered from you before and had no problems in the past. He said its wednesday and we are very BUSY we CAN'T NOT DELIVER a pizza to your house. So i said ok i will just come and pick it up and he told me NO i can't take the coupon i said "why it doesn't expire until december 2008 and you just said no problem you will take the coupon. "the manager said his manger just told him he can't accept the coupon. I said may i talk to your boss? He said he just left the building. So i called around and a few other locations wouldn't take the coupon either.. So finally i called a Mountain Mikes Pizza that is over 25 miles away thats right 25 MILES from where i live and they were MORE THAN HAPPY to ACCEPT the coupon but they couldn't deliver it to me because i was out of their range. So i has to drive 25 miles one way just to pick up 2 pizza's and drive 25 miles back 50 miles round trip or further just for 2 boxes of pizza's

Once i got back home i called the store that is less than 2 miles from me and told them manager who wouldn't take the coupon, your other Mountain Mikes Pizza took the coupon with no questions asked and had very friendly service i the manager i had to drive 50 miles round trip just to get a pizza and he said the reason why i canceled your order is because that coupon is for Vacaville and we are in Hayward. "i said the other location that is 25 miles away took your coupon and didn't say anything. I said you got really shitty customer service. First you take my order and tell me everything is ok there is no problem and you accept the coupon then you turn around and cancel my order telling me your store is busy and you have no drivers. then you tell me NO I can't Come to your Mountain Mikes and pick up the pizza. I said this is worst customer service i ever had from anyone. No customer should have to drive 25 miles out of their way just to get a pizza.

The manager said "YOUR SHITTY" He called me rude and disrespectful words
i told him if you had this kind of attitude where i work. you would be fired the same day no questions asked. I told him im going to call your district office for a complaint. He said "I don't care your shitty your an A**hole go order somewhere else were to busy to help you."

THIS PIZZA PLACE DOESN'T DESERVE A STAR

but i have to pick a star if it was my decision and not this rating system i give it NO STARS

I ate at the Roseville one on Harding. Terrible service, terrible management. Don't they have Customer Service training classes to attend? Seminars? Classes on Managment? I highly reccomend one to the Cocky Manager and his staff (I'm sure they are all family)

Would you like venison on your pizza? Seriously...Bronx Pizza in San Diego is a much better option.

I ate at the Lodi store and the service was Great! had their lunch buffet and was amazed. A complete lunch meal for under six six bucks, plus my kids had lots of fun. Love their pizza.

I have 4 kids and any place that can make them all happy makes my life MUCH better. We ate at the San Diego location at least twice a month. My kids love it and the manager takes great care of us. He's even refilled my non-spill kid cups with milk for me when my hands are full. My kids love the pizza, its thier favorite... my oldest catagorically refuses to eat any other. Over the years and the through 4 kids its been our favorite family pizza joint.

I ate at the Fresno store and the pizza was awful. Everything about it was horrrrrrrrrible, particularly the sauce. Do NOT eat here!

Do you want your change? .... No I was just standing here cuz there's somthing on your Face. Folsom Mountin Mike's Pizza Is terrible.. They discreminate, They Fired Everyone that was working there so the new manager could have his own family work there. I applied for a job and they said I wasent Material for it... I have a good mind to sue..

The sacramento store gave me the worse service I've ever had! They quoted me at 45 minutes and it tool two hours for the pizza to come. When I called and asked about it they didn't even apologize for the wait... Pizza was also cold
