William Regal is a great heel- one of the best. I think that he has that cocky attitude down pact. However, he seems to be a little below my expectations. He's a great wrestler- don't get wrong, but he's just not up there with the likes of Kurt Angle or Chris Beniot. He just seems a little sloppy in the ring. That's not to take anything away from him. I found this man's life to be very interesting. A man who has won his battle with alcohol who used to wrestle in the brutal carnivals in England. He truly has paid his dues, and I think that if he psiced up his in-ring performance, he would be worthy of a WWE title shot.

In a time when the ideal WWE champion is someone who repeats the same boring catchphrases, promos, and who can't carry their opponents to a decent match (ie. most WWE champions for the past few years), William Regal is quite the opposite. While critics are ignorant to a good match - those in general only cheer for the high spots and get bored with good mat techniques, you know...real wrestling - complain that he is too methodical and slow, he is a HEEL 90% of the time; therefore, he is expected to take his time to act arrogant and pompous. Sadly, the typical WWE fan nowadays has a short attention span and will only cheer if the wrestler is jumping off of something or putting their opponent through tables. Those people should analyze why they watch wrestling in the first place, because it certainly isn't for "wrestling." On a final note, the Regal Stretch is by far one of the best and most reliable submissions I've seen in a long time, with no means of escape once it is locked on and three of four of your appendages rendered useless. I dare anyone who bashes William Regal to say it to his face. That is, unless they do not value the ability to swallow solid foods. Here's to hoping he has a better future and isn't as misused when he returns from his illness.

Classic heel. Loads of fun to watch in and out of the ring. Great to see him in such good shape again.

There are a lot of words that can describe William Regal. Dramatic ("melodramatic" works, too). Hilarious. Talkative. But one of the best things about him is how unique he is. Finally, the WWE gives us something to chew on besides the typical six-and-a-half-foot, 300-pound idiot who looks like they are on steroids and thinks reinventing the choke-slam is prowrestling. No...this time we have an intelligent man with some cool moves and an interesting personality that I hadn't seen before. Sure, he talks too much...maybe that's why I took off that star? He's not amazing, but he's goosd, and he has strong entertainment value. Take care, everyone!

Regal is without doubt the funniest guy in wrestling, with his hilarious facial expressions and mic skills.
He is also a very good technical wrestler, and really should be the next WWF champion.
Everybody should give Regal 5 stars and bloody well knock that miserable little toerag Steve Austin off the top. Now bugger off!
