Millennium Foundation Repair

I just had my foundation repaired by this company and they were great. I live in San Antonio and had many different companies come and do a estimate. They were the lowest and even offered to redo the estimate if someone had bid lower then them. I signed a easy to understand contract and they started the next day. It took them just 3 weeks to finish. The owner of the company was there to supervise during the most important parts of the job such as the actual leveling of the foundation. It was a great experience and I would recommand them to anyone that has foundation problems. Excellent job Millennium!

I hired these guys to level the foundation of a house I bought in San Antonio. That was in October 09. On April of 2010 they still had not finished. I had to crawl under the house myself and inspect their work and it was not what they contracted to do. They did not replace the floor joists as originally required. The plumbing was left improperly completed. I eventually had to hire other professionals to do the plumbing and electrical work Arteaga and his crew screwed up. Hire them at your own risk. These guys are not professional. They use old use lumber instead of buying and using new materials. They did remove the old cedar posts until I crawled under the floor and inpected. My house was empty at the time and several items were removed, including my 1922 door chime. ARG!!! Oh, the floor....it still creaks and is lumpy.

I hired Millennium Foundation in April 2009. Before hiring them, I researched them on the Better Business Bureau and found that they had an A+ rating and based on my experience they will be keeping that rating. Their price was one of the lowest and the owner, Kino Arteaga, answered all questions I had. He explained their methods well and what he planned to do to fix my foundation issue. Millennium finished the job in under a month...on time and they stuck to their quoted price. The workers were very professional, cleaned up every day, and at the end of the job, the site was immaculate. This was, for me, the easiest experience I have had with doing repairs on my house despite the fact that this was a big job that required tunneling under my house and placing 60 piers to fix the foundation. Our house was cracking pipes were breakingand partitions were sinking so muck that doors couldn't shut and closet doors couldn't stay on their tracks. Millenium Foundation to the rescue! Kino, the owner,assured us that we would not have to move out and move our furniture out like all the other companies had said. He would also deal with any and all plumbing issues at no extra cost. The biggest surprise was that the estimate was the ACTUAL COST! There were no hidden expences. I got the opportunity to watch the walls align inside the house and the interior partitions meet the ceilings like magic. Cracks disapeared, Doors opened and closed, molding met ceilings. It was like having a new house. Kino remeasured everything to perfection. He was always available and still is to answer any questions we have. His crew was courteous polite and understanding of the "needs" of our dogs. We almost hated to see them go. We HIGHLY recommend them!!

Millennium Foundation Repair did the foundation repairs on my house and they did a super job. The staff was very nice and the work was done in a timley manner. I recommend this company!
