OK Here we go ..... I've tried them for real, so i guess i know a bit what they consist of!! (i did 2 cycles of 14 weeks each) so here's my experiences : 1. They are recreational drugs because 90% of users don't need it like me! I was into weightlifting in my late teens and 20's (still am, but not with the same intensity or, as I get older, the same ability) and was interested in looking good, but I never understood the guys (and I guess some women too) who resorted to this. Yes, steroids can help create muscle mass and increase strength, but they can also cause (in men) premature baldness, unpredictable rages and aggression, small testicles, impotence, gynecomastia ('bitch tits"), sleeplessness, high blood pressure, liver damage, strokes, cancer, and sterility, among other things. I figured I'd stick to the "natural" way of working out, and stick to booze and opiates (and occasional other items) when it came to getting high. Not that the booze and opiates didn't have negative effects, but at least my testicles stayed the same size.
