Very funny show. I guess you have to have raised a family to get the humor. I think the cast is great including their friends and neighbors. Yes it is a bit over the top at times but I enjoy it in spite of that short coming.

One of the main reasons I started watching this show was because of Mark Addy. I really liked him as DC Boyle in The Thin Blue Line, a British comedy. Cute show about post 80's banger parents to two teenagers-Brian and Lauren and a younger girl, Tina.

cute show that can be very funny at times, but other times it makes me a little uncomfortable. the parents are a couple of lazy slugs who seem to lack judgment. renee olstead who plays the oldest daughter is adorable. she has an amazing singing voice that was highlighted in one episode; if you haven't heard it yet, prepare to be shocked. you can hear it for free at www.reneeolstead.com

I can't believe they replaced Yes Dear with THIS! I am so not impressed! I must say I have watched it several times, only because it preceeds Raymond and I cannot get interested AT ALL! Sorry.

Still Standing is one of the few shows on television that I make a point of not missing. While not the most original of premises, the wonderful chemistry between Mark Addy and the very talented and beautiful Jamie Gertz elevate the material. Certainly much more enjoyable a diversion than any 'reality' show currently airing on TV.

Still Standing is a funny show. It's hysterical that the parents seem more immature than the kids. Mark Addy is very funny, and you forget he's really British. Jamie Gertz and he click. The storylines are simple, but not sappy, they can invoke a good laugh.

When I first heard about this show, I knew the lead man (don't know his name) had a british accent and was going to bomb a lacklustered script. But, I couldn't believe my eyes when I seen it. It was actually pretty damn funny! And now I have a reason to watch the half hour time slot before Everybody Loves Raymond Yippee

A cute show about a family. the parents knew each other in high school, they married right out of school and had three children. they live in a modest home. Both parents work, but at Lower income jobs.I like the fact that the family is not well to do and are just trying to raise their kids and make ends meet.

The dad is funny, but they desperately need to put Jami Gertz in sexier clothing. She has a pair of legs that won't quit. Must see leg!

Makes me miss Becker. The guy's english accent bleeds through all the phoney"working stiff" comedy they do here. Men vs. women, parents vs. kids... WE GET IT!

Still Standing is ok, but it is tolerable. The thing I don't buy is the dad's accent. Yes, I know that is the guy's real voice, but since these 2 people met in high school, was he still British then, and how is he still British now? And it's a lot like Roseanne: a high skool couple marry after high school and have 3 kids. The wife has a close relationship with her single sister. And it's like King of Queens w/a attractive lady being married to a chubby guy.

For the CBS monday night line-up, this is the show I look most forward to. After watching it only once, I found I couldn't get enough.

Still standing is just a rip-off of Everybody Loves Raymond. The difference is that Everybody Loves Raymond is usually funny.

Jami Gertz is wasted in this unfunny and unoriginal series. Seems like a rip-off of all three other shows on Mondays: King Of Queens, Raymond, and Yes, Dear. Subjects about as controversal as Brady Bunch episodes, and characters uninteresting and obnoxious. Move this to a timeslot against Friends and The Bachelor, and kill it!
