The only thing they need to do is have a gold name with a white outline to match the numbers on the blue jerseys. Also put a blue and white stripe on the gold pants.Like the blue pants with the white jerseys.I miss the old style jerseys.

The 06 Rams are going to have an identity crisis. They are a team built in Mike Martz' image. They were a pass 60% of the time. This year's team is going to try to be more balanced, but their defense isn't good enough to carry their end. This team is going to win 7 or 8 games, but they're not going to threaten the Seahawks or Cardinals this year.

So glad they fired Martz - IDIOT - and overhauled their coaching staff. I think the new coach Linehan can turn them back into the offensive juggernaut they once were. I think with some smart trades and draft picks to shore up their defense, the Rams can contend again next season. GO RAMS!!

The old yellow and blue uniforms were really great - the design was good, the colors popped. Pat Haden where are you?

Nice St. Louis, Nice. Give me a break and win a couple more, how's that? I say positive things about positive teams, and frankly, I like half of what you have to offer.

Average Team. Offence is great, but their defence is terrible. Their secondary is too little. How is a 178 lbs Cornerback going to cover a 210 wide receiver like T.O.

2 choices: Either wear a gold jersey and gold pants for home, or go back the old colors from their super bowl winning day.

I think they got some upside heading into this year. They still have a talented core of recievers, a great o-line, and Steven Jackson is going to be a great back. It's their defense that worries me.

These are OK, but they never should changed the old blue and yellow uniform, that one was much better.

Their previous uniform, in use since the mid-'70s, was much better. Current design isn't bad but would be improved markedly by the use of traditional numerals. Also, the white jerseys with blue sleeves and gold pants are much, much sharper than the home blues.

The Greatest Show on Turf isn't quite what it used to be, and from my perspective, that's a good thing. :)

Should NEVER have switched from the original BLUE & WHITE!!! I never really liked the BLUE & GOLD change and they just seem to be getting worse and worse....too bad because this is easily the BEST helmet logo of all times. You can't do any better than the NFL Hall of Fame Rams' horns on those helmets!!

Go back to Los Angeles, those cheap, plastic yellow and blue Disney uniforms, and the bottom of the NFC West! Gold shade of their plain, cheap pants are a ripoff of a much BETTER team's shade of gold. Go back to Anaheim!

i'm sure that idiot virlevag likes these new colors (why does he have to start every thing off the same?)- but all they did was change for the sake of changing - the classic ones they wore for years(blue & yellow) were perfect. why mess with it just to sell more jerseys?

I would have given them a four, but I think Bulger will struggle and they'll get a wild card spot at best.

I think the newer uniforms look a bit ridiculous. I prefer the much tougher looking blue and white helmets and jerseys. No one seems to notice the metallic gold horns don't show up on television very well. I also hate the silly racing stripe that so many teams are adding these days.

Jersies are too baggy, blue pants are better than the gold (with the away jersies that is), but could use a better stripe.

Go back to the great colors of yesteryear. unlike other teams that were trying to ditance themselves from horrors like oylers & bucs, the rams were once a great organization.

Nice colors. Great helmet. Awful pants. Is it just me but doesn't a simple stripe down the side make football pants look much better. For crying out loud you might as go with all white pants with no stipes and go for the Penn State look.

New colors, but they work well. Helmet design is a classic that needs not to be changed. The pants could use stripes down the side - they look like J.V./practice pants without stripes.

Anyone who doesn't think the rams have a defense is wrong they have adam archuleta and a heck of a defensive line and on offense they have one of the best kickers ever they also have marshall faulk a great runner and they have marc buldger who although through a lot of interceptions won pro bowl mvp and if someone wins pro bowl mvp you can't argue with it the rams are great

Pro football is a flashy game which means I generally prefer the flashier uniforms. As a result the uniforms worn by the St. Louis Rams at the top of my preference list. The brighter blue and yellow uniforms were better in my opinion, but the newer flatter blue and gold are still the best in the league. It is my understanding that the Rams were the first to put anything on their helmets, and the bright curved ram horns are simple yet ornate. Even their road uniforms are more colorful than many of their competitors' home uniforms.

I thought the brighter yellow looked better before their switch to old gold. Their helmets remain one of the best in the league, but they lose points with me when they wear those blue pants with their white jerseys. I noticed they got away from them as the season progressed, so I'll give them some credit for having some good sense.

If the Rams can stay consistent, and prove that last Sunday's spanking by the sorry 49ers was a fluke, they might be able to sneak the division title away from Seattle. Mark Bulger is a good quarterback, better than likeable but terribly inconsistent Kurt Warner, and he has righted this ship for the most part. Torry Holt is getting in done on offense, and Marshall Faulk is back this week. Although Faulk is not what he once was, he should make a difference on 1st and 2nd downs, and also as a receiving threat to take the pressure off of Holt. A 5-3 second half could mean 10-6 and maybe a wild card, but 7-1 with their easy remaining schedule would mean 12-4 and most likely the division title. I think the latter is more likely, and maybe even a first-round bye. Keep an eye on this team.

they are my mothers most favorite team she has liked them since she first started waching football.I know that last year they didn't even make it to the playoffs, but due to recent studies in the year 2006 they will most likely be getting a new coach and maybee that will modivate them to do better. Go Rams!!!

The greatest choke on turf. Mike Martz is a fool. This team has no defense and their offensive scheme doesn't surprise anyone anymore like in 1999. Kurt Warner is done and that kid Bulger was a fluke. Marshall Faulk is a stud but Martz is too incompetent to remember that; give Faulk the football Martz, you bonehead!

With Kurt Warner lying about a fractured thumb and Marshall Faulk down for a few games, the Rams had a hard year. The bright point was the emergence of a solid backup, maybe even starter in Bulger. The ONLY reason the Rams didn't make a playoff run last year was because of the hack Mike Martz. The reason they lost the Super Bowl was because of idiotic play calling in the first half and fourth quarter. Losing Trung Candidate won't really affect the team like losing Az Hakim was. They need a solid 3rd receiver to step it up. Oh yeah, and get rid of Martz.

The 2002-03 Rams were much over-rated. You had to believe that they were going to falter after winning the Super Bowl, and they sure did.

I can explian what's been happening with the Rams....mayn of the key players Warner and Faulk are injured...physically and emotionally. Another problem is that excuse for a coach Mike "joke" Martz. Any sencible coach would have left Bulger in until warner was fully recoverd emotionally and physically. Mike joke Martz is the main problem on the Rams team this year and was the reason they didn't win the superbowl in January. we need another Dick Vermill. The rams are definatly a very good team. Watch out for us next year!

They've come a long way compared to the early 90s and late 80s despite their sluggish start in '02. There are some hall of famers on this team, you know who I'm talking about.
