Primeau has always been one of my favorite players. I was sorely disappointed when he left Detroit in "96. It does seem that his moving on has helped him, though. He will only continue to improve as his career goes on.

He is in the Eric Lindros mold: big and strong with skill. What's interesting about him is that he is unusual in that he wasn't villified for holding out like other players (exhibit a is Yashin in Ottawa). For a change, the owner (Karmonos) came across as the bad guy.
