I've always found Goldberg to be quite the enigma when watching him on television. When he first showed up in WCW, I couldn't help but switch over to their show just to see him. He was really the only thing about that show that I found interesting enough to switch over. Goldberg just seemed to be so phenominal and he always seemed to deliver in his matches. I really think that if given the right role, he can help turn World Wrestling Entertainment around. However, his presence alone cannot do it. It's pretty much up to the writers now as to his impact.

I think wwe should bring more of his old character back or improve his new ego. He still kicks a lot of ass though. People who hate him will soon give him respect when he beats everybody's ass.

Good to see him back. No nonsense, no gimmicks, no costumes, looks and acts like a man, and knows how to wrestle. Let's hope the administration doesn't screw him over again. A real, genuine athlete, with a brain and standards, too.

Goldberg coulda been a contender, but succumbed to the classic WCW Syndrome of "I'm A Superstar And I Should Do What I Want" which consisted of him NOT wrestling, sitting around, and then wondering why everybody thinks he sucks when he comes back. This happened to Hogan, too. The fact that the truly talented wrestlers in the WCW were forced to job to guys like Nash, Goldberg, and Hogan were one of the prime reasons for the talent defections of Benoit, Jericho and scores of others, and laid the initial groundwork for the ultimate collapse of the WCW as an independant entity. Those of you who would like to see Goldberg in the WWF should remember the lesson of Buff Bagwell. Sure, you can come, but if you act like a jackass, the Undertaker is going to personally throw you out of the building, never to be seen again.

Fear the Spear!!! WCW messed up by trying to make him turn heel. They found out that it was too late to recover. He carried WCW on his shoulders while the older wrestlers spent most of their time nursing whatever ailed them. They need to find a way to bring him back. What's up with Rhyno copying the spear move.
