I have a 2010 camery that is not quite a year old yet, I took it through a carwash which someone previously had washed a 4 x 4, the washing brushes were full of sand, needless to say it scratched my camery like crazy, I'm talking sand paper scratches from one end to the other. I thought I would have to get the whole car repanted...then I thought...I have a tube of scatch doctor why not give it a try. I used it with a waxer-buffer and a waxing pad...and behold...it removed all of the scratches and left the finish showroom quality! great job scratch doctor!!!

I was pleased with the results I got from using Scratch Doctor. I knew it wasn't going to completely remove scratches (especially the deepers ones), but it really improved them. On a black car, that's saying a lot. It also improved the look of my plastic headlights.

Wonderful product! I had scratches on my truck door from a dog. Nothing I tried would take care of them and was afraid I would have to take it to a body shop. Then I tried Nu Finish Scratch Doctor. It worked wonders. You can no longer see the scratces.

I am in the unfortunate position of living near kids that feel the need to write their names on my dusty pickup truck. And one of them decided to key a heart into the black paint of my hood. Luckily whatever utensil was used for this artwork only effected the clear coat from what I could tell. It took several applications (about 4) for the scratch to be removed. I was a little skeptical at first, but I am now going to use it to remove swirl/scratch marks that have been on my motorcycle for years.

This is an excellent product for those who know a thing or two about car scratches and what to expect. If you are hoping to remove a deep key scratch, then this product may not be for you. I have read several reviews that rated this product fairly poor. As somebody who has used Nu Finish Scratch Doctor many times, I believe that people who did not get good results either did not use this product correctly or tried to treat wrong kind of scratches with it. If you want to get ANY scratch removed completely, please see your favorite body shop. They will charge you a lot of money and they will definitely remove the scratches. However, if you want to save money and remove light (with emphasis on "light" scratches yourself), then Nu Finish is worth a try. After putting my car through several Sierra Nevada and desert trails, I ended up with Arizona pinstripes all over the vehicle. Upon careful inspection, I concluded that the scratches were not deep enough and I used Nu Finish S... Read more

From all the reviews I read, once I tried the prouduct, the best is the one that says "Works great but you have to rub it hard". Coudn't agree more. After reading the instructions, I really didn't exactly knew what "let dry to a haze" meant, so I basically went crazy rubbing it hard. And it worked great in almost any scratch (didn't completely remove the hardest ones, but surely improved them). I did finish up with a sore index finger. I was amazed with the product, as I usually am with the WD40. The worst one is the one about the watch. Didn't work there.
