About a week ago I ordered some rolling golf bags from fogdog. I arrived home yesterday and was quite upset when I arrived home to find patio chairs on my front porch. I called and spoke to customer service and they told me that they would send someone to pick up the patio chairs. I asked when I would receive my golf bags and they said that they would not send out the golf bags until they receive the chairs back. I ask what the patio chairs cost and offered to purchase them. My wife liked the patio chairs. I thought to myself “why pay $60 to have them shipped back to your warehouse when you have a willing customer on the phone who wants to know what they cost?” This makes no sense. This is ridiculous I did not make a mistake here someone in shipping did. I just wanted to receive my golf bags and am more than willing to return the patio chairs. He said that they would not credit my account for the golf bags until they receive the patio chairs but also said that it would be a week before they came to pick up the chairs. So let me get this straight, they are going to hold my money for the return of the patio chairs that I did not order and I get to wait for probably a month until my account is credited for the golf bags, does this sound right? I sent them an e-mail and all I got was a form letter in return. I would call but I don’t want to wait on hold for another 30 minutes.

It's hard to find Lacrosse equipment locally but thanks to Fogdog, I can still pick up equipment for the season. I can get all my running stuff too in one easy stop. It satisfies all my athletic needs.

My one experience with this site was very positive. I was very quickly able to locate and purchase a pair of simple, black, "old school" Nike high tops for a reasonable price. As someone who is almost never successful in finding the high tops that I want at a shoe store, this was quite a significant accomplishment.

The discounts on this wed-site don't seem to be all that great. Also they have very little in the way of cycling merchandise.
