abnormal people!

They have so many users that they could really care less if someone is not satisfied. As a premium user, I found errors on how my photos were categorized. When I wrote to ask about it, I got an automated reply saying they "cannot respond to all" the questions they receive. I responded that if that was the level of service premium subscribers get, I'd rather not have a premium subscription. So they cancelled me, and that was the end of that! When I asked to take the "cancellation survey" they had mentioned earlier, they refused to send it to me after several requests, referring me instead to the same "Help" email address that started the problem in the first place.

The system is exceptionally slow. The search feature often returns hundreds of profiles outside your seach parameters making it pretty useless. The chat rooms often have more adbots than actual people in them. However the thing I found most troubling was the ad/spyware and wedbeacons that came with virtualy every click of your mouse on there site. They require you to disable your pop-up and Active-X blockers to use there site. After using there site for afew weeks my computer slowed down and eventually began to crash regularly. On the plus side the folks there are a diverse and mixed crowd with a wide range of ages and interests.

The website is easy to use, fun to use, and not extremely political (but still a little bit too much). The chat and member profiles are innovative, though the java chat crashes too often. Too many things are advertised. Personals would be a nice feature. Also, some commentary from people with different opinions.

Find witch gay movies running at the cinema at the moment, download your own version of the Gay Browser, chat with other bis & gays... :-) To US oriented though. And why is it so hard to search for other people - you need their user name first! :-( Usually this site wouldn't get many points from me, but since it's the only gay site listed at RateItAll it gets 5 stars from me...
