The statements here are true, since it does not heat. Which is a disappointment since the only feature it has is a HEAT/MASSAGE option. The heat is non existence, so I have to BOIL water, let it cool for a bit, and then put it in. It takes about 10-15 minutes before the water is cold again since the bubbles constantly move the water. There is no massager. Instead you have I got it on sale for $19.99 this week, and since it is my first spa foot machine, I figure I have better with it than without it, so I'm not returning it. I give it an OK bc I needed something and at least I didn't pay $30 bucks for it, I would have been MAD! Considering how little this machine offers, a substitute would be buying a bucket for a dollar and putting hot water in it! so if you can, don't give in to false advertisement and research a better machine.

Feels nice when your feet are in it just like any other foot spa. This one is LOUD, only one setting and it does not get warm. Few friends told me the same. Where is the heat??

Yeah, it falsely says that it will heat up which it doesn't but I just my own hot water and foot soak powder and I'm a happy camper! This particular model could stand to be a little cheaper seeing how a lot of other brands and models have different types of features. One thing I wish for this one is that it had a cordless option...it's a pain to find a place to sit down that's near an outlet.

ONE Word: Awful. Just like the reviewer, I bought this for my mother for Christmas. The box said the wheels move beneath the water. That is, if you move your feet. It says heat, but there's no heat. I looked at the label on the bottom of the unit, the whole thing uses only 85W, so there's definitely no heating element at all. If you fill it with warm water and use the bubble and jet functions, the water will quickly turn cold in a matter of minutes.

This thing does not heat and does nothing. I am a victim of false advertising. You need to move your own feet to "massage them" on fixed hard, uncomfortable plastic fixtures. It hurts! It is noisy and a complete rip-off. I bought it for my wife for Christmas and it's a total dud. What a disappointment! Bummer.

This foot spa was very disappointing. It is very noisy for one thing, but the worst thing is that it does not heat or maintain the heat of the water. It says on the box that it heats, but the customer service rep. even admitted that none of the Conair foot spas have any heating element whatsoever. How do they get away with this false advertising?
