Is an awesome disposable router, which can be used without any problem between 3 weeks and 2 months. Unfortunately as P.Travis Said, mine reached 2 months of use and stop working correctly. My wireless and wired computers intermittently get disconnected at least twice an hour and I think I will have to replace it immediately as I use 24/7 the net. Well, I'm really disappointed with Linksys as all my routers have been this brand and I've never had an issue before until now. Hope all the new devices don't have this problem; otherwise, their reputation will come seriously down.

Router ceased all effective functionality within one month of purchase. Wireless connection was never reliable, and attempting to connect a laptop eventually caused even wired connections to cease functioning. Linksys took an RMA and sent a replacement, which has now reached its seventh and final week of use. Laptops cannot connect, my desktop can use an ethernet cable with the router only with regular hard restarts, which return the router to factory default. This router model has problems. I would be hesitant to purchase one without substantial firmware upgrades (that don't seem to happen quickly).

The only problem I had - establishing network of this router and my DSL-modem/router. I made everything connected to the WRT110 RangePlus (wired or wireless; DHCP), and then connected WRT110(its 'internet' socket) to DSL-modem/router. The problem was they both have IP 192.168.1.1 by-default, and conflict. Even setting different masks and changing IP to 192.168.1.2 did not help. Finally, I set WRT110 IP to 192.168.2.1 (yes, different segment) - it worked. I suppose Linksys must include this hint into their manual - for I spent hours seeking proper net configuration.

Just to clarify a few things. First this wrt110 router does not support N, instead your wireless card is backwards compatable with G. Another note is the worthless install CD. For all the MAC complainers out there (it seems), all anyone needs to do is connect the wired patch cable to their computer and type the IP address into the web browser 192.168.1.1 and type the user name and password "admin". And all your settings are easy to see to adjust including advance securty. Very easy common sense logic. For users with more a Fiber optic line (requires PPPoE configuration), just have your ISP provider walk you through setting up the configuration, and just keep it simple and say you have a new wireless computer, just in case of those ISP that like to ding you for additional home networking support. The only other conflict would be if your cable/dsl modem has the same IP 192.168... in this case again connect the patch cable but do not connect the internet modem, when the computer is turned... The wireless y really more like just "LESS" You will need a networking professional come to your house to set this piece of junk up. This router has software problems linksys knows about and has failed to adress, I've called support and it just goes round in circles. It allways ends in "try reseting the router and call back if problems continue Sr." I have spent about 8 hours total, trying to set up the wireless functionality on this thing and it is just beyond me. UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE ROUTER, i've read like 800 times on my MAC and my PC. Just get something else. this one DOES NOT WORK.

Well, the wireless just doesn't work.!! try calling Linksys and they'll tell you to reset the thing a million times. I, personally can't connect wirelessly from MAC or PC so... very dissapointing. Now the wired connection ALSO requires to plug/unplug the router from time to time because it seems to get stuck repeatedly, as much as twice a day. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.
