Pros- Wireless and setup are great - prints good photos. Cons- INK HOG Please look around before purchase. I needed a replacement printer in a hurry, so I bought the C6350 All-in-One at Costco. Cost me $159, not too bad -- However they will GET you with the ink replacements! Had this printer now for about 6 months - replaced black cartridge twice ($24.95 ea) - replaced the others (4 primary photo color cartridges) once now ($39.95 ea). Have only printed 248 pages (can be found by printing a printer status report from the within Setup Tools) We don't do a great deal of photo printing (since I replace an older main home printer) maybe like 5 or 6 photos since we've had it?? I just can't believe it runs out of ink so much (I have a feeling it is intentional...) Will never buy another HP printer again. Thanks.

I got this printer on the recommendation of a friend. I found it at Staples for $214.00 with tax. I got it on Amazon for $159.00 delivered. It is fast, easy to use and prints outstanding photos! The delivery was very fast and I love dealing with Amazon.

This printer is AMAZING! In addition to the easy wireless setup & installation, the photo printing quality is A+!!!! I am very satisfied and, in fact, impressed by this printer. I highly recommend this printer to everyone!

I bought the HP printer from HP. I had it sent to my home. Four hours of work on it, two hours with service calls to technical guru's from India, it still has not printed one bit of color. The black and white is great but the color won't print and the error I continue to get is "cartridges alignment failed". I have to say it is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal in my life. I am at a total loss and all I have is a very, very expensive black and white printer and some lousy service from a company that should be better then this! HP C6380 was broke from day one!!! We had a similar HP before the 6380 and only replaced it because we were having some minor concerns as it aged. Now I'd rather the old one back. While I have no problem with the print quality or time it takes to actualy print pages, this new HP drives me crazy with the gymnastics it performs before it gets ready to actually print. It hums and haws and groans and waits and does it some more and then finally makes up its mind to print.--What a pain.--If you like to get the printed page right after hitting "print" look elsewhere.

I am not one to write product reviews but while researching all-in-one printers I found alot of useful advice on-line so I felt compelled to write a review on this printer. I received the printer tonight and immediately went to work setting it up. I am by no means a techie and I thought I would get totally frustrated setting up the wireless connection. To my surprise it was a total breeze. I simply followed the instruction in the set-up manual. I did have to disable my anti-virus and firewall software (PC-cillion) to get the wireless connection to take. Once that was done everything worked fine. I printed a document from my email to the printer first. After that success I inserted my flash card from my digital camera into the printer and printed out some beautiful photos. For the price you cannot go wrong. All the instruction are easy to follow and if I can set it up it should not be a problem for most people.
