Daves Repair Service

Like other reviewers, Dave tried to diagnose the problem over the phone so he would have an idea of what he was dealing with before coming to fix our AC and to give a rough estimate of what we were looking at cost wise. He arrived promptly when he said he would and quickly got to the bottom of the problem. It turned out that our equipment is now obsolete, but he was able to bypass the system to make it work temporarily until he could find the part he needed. Much to our surprise he called less than an hour after leaving and said he had found the part and would be back first thing in the morning to fix it. Even with the two visits to fix our AC and the time he needed to get the part, his price was below the estimate he gave over the phone. He was very nice to deal with and we would highly recommend his services.

I highly recommend Dave's Repair Service. I called Dave based on the reviews I read on this web site. I had no idea why my air conditioner stopped working but Dave tried to help me figure out the problem over the phone. When we couldn't resolve it, I made an appointment. He arrived on time. Fixed the problem within a half an hour, and charged what seemed to me, a reasonable fee for the work done. And what a pleasure to talk to the repair man rather than go through a huge company with dispatchers, etc. --never knowing who is coming or exactly when they'll show up!

Dave was fantastic. He showed up on time, had all the right parts with him and got the job done quickly. He was polite and friendly and charged a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended!
