No stars for this item. It worked okay, but just quit working after about a dozens uses. Unfortunately, the warranty card never got sent in. Also, this thing is pretty heavy and the hose is short.

Excellent. I read the reviews on Amazon before buying and most of the people who bought/reviewed gave it thumbs up for pet hair removal and they were RIGHT! It is a little heavy but I only use it on the bed and couches so it's well worth it. Brilliant price that you can't beat. The crevice tool is an added bonus that's built in! Same with the flip screen to allow curtains and sofa backs to be cleaned with ease. Would give it 5 stars if it was a bit lighter and the cord had a better hook -- otherwise 5 STARS!!

This was a good vacuum for the 12 or so times it has been used over the last year. It is now broken. The beater brush does not spin. I thought I would get more than a few uses from a Eureka product.

The product overall is very impressive. A great deal with its current price. It is easy to use and has amazing cleaning ability. I would certainly recommend it to my friends. But a few stuff you might want to know before you purchase:1) you might have to pay extra for the dust-cup filter. 2) the brushroll is hard to clean and needs replacement sooner or later 3) the sound is a bit loud.

Great vacuum cleaner. It's heavy though after holding it for a while. Its not easy to store due to its bulky size but it has a very powerful suction capacity. I do advise that anyone should buy a few replaceable filters for clean air and better cleaning on hard surfaces. Over all great item.

I received the vacuum in the mail this past week & it was all ready to use right out of the box....the positives end there, unfortunately. It was incredibly heavy and clunky & I could tell right away that it was going to be a pain to vacuum with. The hose it comes with is a joke. It's only 12 inches long, so you can't set the vacuum down to use the hose. You have to hold the heavy vacuum up with one hand while you try to use the tiny hose on anything--and the hose isn't very bendable, as I learned by trying to vacuum off my windowsill--which didn't work well. So, if you need to use the hose on something 3 inches in front of you and you have He-man arm muscles, no problem, but anything else & you can't do it. While trying to use this on the stairs (the main reason I bought it), it was a total joke, It just didn't pick up that much stuff--and my stairs really weren't that bad. The photo shows this vacuuming up berber carpet. Maybe it works OK if you don't have any pile to your carpet,... Read more
