This is my current oil of choice because it seems quit my engine slightly. It works well and I would recommend it.

Fantastic oil. I have been using Valvoline oil for many years. I used to have a T-Bird many years ago that had to have the engine rebuilt. I was told the damage was done because of the oil I used. I had been using Pennzoil and had noticed that every time I changed oil, the oil was very dirty and there was always sludge in the oil pan. I was told by many mechanics to change to Valvoline and ever since then all my vehicles have ran great and there is no sludge build up in any of my engines. I currently have a vehicle that I bought new in 1995 and it still runs like new. My two other vehicles (98 and 04) both run great.

I'm using this in a 2000 Saturn sl 1.9L SOHC VIN-8
I try to buy this product from Amazon when they have it on a "sale" or priced to move. and free shipping.(that's important.) so far it's been good. I can't say anything negative, because I change the oil on a regular basis so I don't let it get to bad.
So to say that it's better than the regular I can't but it seems to do good for my situation.
