I worked for Perfectly Pure Solutions, which is a SimpleH20 distributer in the Niagara region. The system is truly reverse osmosis, and the tests are legitimate - but don't be fooled. Your city water is drinkable, and safe! The mark-up on this product is ridiculous, there are cheaper alternatives to take care of your water needs if it is something you need (if you're on a well), or want. NEVER trust the salesperson, all of my colleagues were either niave, or fraudulent! I have seen them lie to clients, and they do not own the system themselves. DO NOT ACCEPT A SALES POSITION here, they kept me running my gas for 3 weeks on calls, telling me I'd be paid 18.35/hr, and 2hrs every call. After three weeks they let me go and told me that I wouldn't be getting any compensation since I did not complete 60 demos within a month (even though I was not given a month, or 60 leads). If you are not a liar, keep away.

The Simple H20 system I have bought a year and a half ago! This works very well in fact. I purchased this unit from Pure Sense Corp. in London. The sales rep educated me more about my water quality in fact, my old system was a 4 stage with a uv light! And I paid $3800 at that time for that unit which I had for 4 years! Now I was a little skeptical at first, but still was curious if my old system was still good. In fact my filters were costing me more, because my TDS was higher. My old system was great but the Simple H20 7 stage tasted way better. Does not mean my old one was no good it just didn't have all that added protection. Where I live the water quality was horrible, I always had high blood pressure. Now I purchased both the 7 Stage and the conditioner and my family and myself noticed a huge difference. And I now no longer have high blood pressure the doctor said what did you do! I said nothing all that was changed was I installed the simple h20 system. The simple H20 system was ... Read more

Bought a 7 stage R/O water system last April from Global AirCare in Hamilton, and are generally happy with the unit. Installer did a pro job but nobody told us that is noisy when it refills the tank, otherwise I may have put it downstairs instead of under the kitchen sink...trying to get sevice from GAC has been brutal, I've contacted them beginning in Feb (by email and by actually speaking with a rep) to schedule an appt to change the filters if required...we are now into April and no response even though they said they've tried to contact us...we have an answering machine

I purchased an R/O from Simple H2o for my diner about 3 months ago. I had a couple problems with the machine not producing enough water however I called the sales rep that sold me the machine, they came out and upgraded my tank for no extra charge. I was extremely pleased to see them working for me this hard.

I absolutely love my Simple H2o! I've been shopping for a water softener for a while now but didn't really feel like renting one for the rest of my life. The ones I saw at sears were just garbage so the natural choice was to find a high end unit. I found a couple other units on the market that were fairly comparable in price but didn't have some of the same features. It's nice having the digital read out, makes it quite a bit easier to understand. It has a really nice design to it, not like traditional softeners with the tank separate, this is one complete unit. I highly recommend you check out simple's products if you're in the market for a new conditioner.

We have a Simple H2O drinking water system that we purchase from the London Pure Sense Branch 18 months ago. They contacted us approximately 11 months after we had purchased the unit to book the 1st year service. They booked the service for us at 7pm which was great so we did not have to take time off work as both my husband and I work full time. The service man checked over our unit and we did not need to replace any filters. We used to have a Culligan water system before we moved .The water was good but it cost us a fortune to service it and change filters. With this system we do not have to pay for any service calls just replacement filters. The first service check up we didn't need any filters replaced as we were used to paying for the service technician and the filters it was a nice change. We woke up Christmas morning to a flood in the basement we did not know what to do as my husband is not very handy. We called the company 24 hour emergency number thinking we would have to leave a mess... My husband and I purchased this water system a couple of months ago from the Red Deer, AB branch and couldn't be happier. The water tastes exceptionally good, our skin feels great - not dry and itchy like before the system was installed, it is clear and has no smell. We have received so far 3 boxes of supplies and are very happy with the product. We also received 4 stainless steel water bottles, a shower head, and a choice of an air, land or sea vacation. The salesman was very pleasant, very knowledgable and informative and even a bit funny, he was in no way pushy. There was no pressure from him or his superiors. The water system was installed the very next day and we have had absolutely no problems with it. I would recommed this system to everyone that is looking for any type of water improvement. In fact, I have given many referrals to the young man that was in our home. If you are concerned about your health and that of your family, you should definately have a demonstration... Read more

5 stars When I got the call to get my water tested I was sceptical. I got my water tested from the health unit last year and they said it was perfect the best water they've seen. when simpleh2o tested it it was at 384ppm so I called the health unit and found out they only test for bacteria. So I called simpleh20 got the system and love it the water does taste cleaner and I feel the difference and same with my family we love It and would recomend it to anyone

This machine is top notch, it makes the best water I have ever tasted. They even kicked in free stainless steel water bottles so I don't have to drink out of plastic bottles anymore. Well worth the money.

I bought a complete Simple H2O system including conditioner. It works great. I love the taste of the water. Now I would never drink the bottled water. With the conditioner, it is so easy to clean my frameless glass shower every week. Our friends came over and they loved the taste of the water as well and they bought one RO as well. They are extremely happy with it. I had a problem with my primate pump, where it started leaking. I called the Co. and they told me to turn off the RO until someone comes to take a look at it. The next day, a service technician dropped by and changed the primate pump for me and since then it works great. I am very happy with it and the water taste is amazing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else

I Did some research when we bought back in December of 09 and found out that the water softner that we were using at the time was not getting wrid of chlorine and when the girl came over to sell us our simple soft softner/conditioner I told her that if it didnt work that I wanted my money back. I found out that the simple soft is manufactured by a company called Hydrotech for H20 in Saskatchewan. It has been great for us and well worth the money.

I was just looking up this company called simple H2o that called me for my annual service on a product I purchased from Pure Sense corp in London, Ontario back in July of last year. At first i thought it was a scam but then realized it was the water unit we bought last year. A man came to the door yesterday and replaced some filters that he said could possibly be good for a little longer but when I saw them I decided to replace them right away. You would not believe how much stuff was on them, I kept them in the sink to show my husband and the bottom of our kitchen sink was yellow. We have been drinking form the special faucet for over a year now. We could not stand the smell and taste of chlorine when we go stay and visit our daughters house. It was pretty expensive at the time but we are very happy with this unit. we had a culligan machine before but we would get some little black particles in the water from time to time so we decided to go with this new one and its been great.

I have had the Simple H2O system in my house for over a year now. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone. I know 10++ people that have this system installed aswell, and all are equally satisfied. I have noticed a big difference in my health and the health of my family. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but it has been made clear to me that any negative feedback on this site has nothing to do with the product at all. Lets keep it simple ladies, and gents....lets talk about the Product....and THATS IT!

This system is amazing. It completely purifies water and then adds back healthy minerals in a form that our bodies can ingest. My TDS went from 180 to 10 and I am no longer consuming chlorine, inorganic minerals, heavy metals and other wonderfully poisonous chemicals found in tap water. Read the water quality reports... there is some nasty stuff in there. Also, the pressure out of the tap is great. I can fill a glass in seconds and a pot for cooking in no time at all. This drinking water system itself is $3000 and worth every penny. I invested in the whole home system which includes a water conditioning unit that removes all hard minerals and chlorine. I also got a 5 year supply of great soap which is saving me a ton of cash. I feel better, look better and I am completely satisfied the the Simple H20 whole home solution. We should all be investing in our health instead of the stupid stuff we waste money on everyday like starbucks, energy drinks, cigarettes, telephones... you name it. A... Read more

The simple H2o system isn't 7 grand like some people are saying. and culligan and those other companies sell for almost 10g. the thing about my simple h2o unit that i like is that they do a yearly maintenance check for FREE and will replace anything for the full 25 years that the warranty is for. with the other companies you need to replace the filters each year costing up to $500 each, this system is every 3 years, its been 4 years and i still own my same filter and its doing great. so before you go and look at the price and judge something, make sure you have all the little facts that will save you more money in the long run. simple h2o is great, wouldnt have it any other way! thanks.

Dias, you are missing the point, this Site is devoted to rating and reviewing products. This includes the prices. Ok lets say for arguments sake that we are talking about a car here, at the risk of aging myself, lets compare an 86 mercury cougar to an 86 ford thunderbird. ok, they are the same car, minus a few styling cues, they both do the same thing, same mileage, same interior. but whoa, lets say the cougar is twice the price, would the two cars warrant the same score on a ratings website? I should think no. the value is obviously going to be diffenent for the two cars. Hello, do you get it now? Yes, Simple H20 equipment does work, but as far as value goes, it is way overpriced. and we are not talking about a couple hundred dollars here, it is twice the price of there closest competitior. and 3-4 times as much as the "cheap" stuff kinetico, culligan, ecowater, you name it, all systems work aswell as a simply H20 unit, if not better. If the value of a simply H20 is there, then I w... Read more

From the outset I would like to make it clear that I am not associted with this company what so ever however I did make a purchase of a whole home system from them. I work in Law Enforcement and will be honest and say i didnt know very much about water. My reason for posting this is not to try and claim this company too be great, their products are fantastic and I found my experience to be top class when it came to the information my rep was armed with. I had lots of questions and he was able to answer them all and offer me a great solution. The most trusting thing I found about the whole experience was the fact I sat with him after all was said and done and we reviewed every single comment that people have posted on this website. I can quite honestly say that I am astounded at some people today, in my line of work i meet many unsavoury characters but some of the bitter vile people who will doing anything they can to discredit an honorable company is nothing short of shocking. I bought a Simple H2O complete home system including 7 stage RO, water softener, UV light and Big blue filter just over a month ago now and so far I'm very happy with it! It started off with a phone call saying that Pristine Solutions was in the area and wanted to test our water for free. Our water has always been sub par at best so I invited them over to do the testing. While they were on route I did a quick websearch of the company and found this thread of reviews. I was a little worried about all the negatives they were getting but I noticed that most were either people who had gone for a job interview or people with very little actual knowledge of water systems. Anyway, I decided to be open-minded and give them a chance. After about 2 hours of talking with Rob I was actually quite impressed by how professional he was and how much knowledge he possessed. He performed some tests on my water which showed very high amounts of minerals and solids (over 200 on his TDS meter) inc... Read more

The system is good, if you have over 7 grand to pay for it, hahahahah. I dont care where its made, nobody does, or the fact that the warrantee will outlast most of the people the company sends you too so they couldn't give a squirt of piss about the 25 years Hey my pen has a warrantee for LIFE!, and it was only 100.00!!. it has more moving parts than the 7 stage system for 25 years, hmmm 25 years...80 bucks a filter x 3 bottom filters is 240 bucks every 2 years... that equals 2880.00 for bottom filters over 12 years JESUS CHRIST!!! and we havent even discussed the main membrane which is more expensive. Theres no way in hell that you can convince me that its a money saving device, i just figured the "cheap" filters replacement costs in a 25 years and its as much as the unit is for the "in house "sham I think all the employers have so much of that "sludge" in their brains that they think we will all be suckers DRINK DASANI OR AQUAFINA, and keep the money in your pocket!!!!

This machine is great! It has helped many people, I hear the reviews every day in my line of work...i am also the owner of one, i have had my machine for years now and have never encountered a moments problem with it. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Once you veer "off topic" from the product itself (which is amazing) and start in on those personal lives of employees and past bosses...you run the risk of legal battles. This website along with the slander and harrassing accusations (which are untrue) involving staff and personal lives are being investigated at this moment and are also being looked at by a lawyer. If you disagree with the product itself, fine....everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but stick to the product itself. It is not only unfair to utter slander when it is not true, but it is also illegal.

Hi, It's straight forward and simple. 1. As humans we need to pure balanced water as a contributing factor in optimal health. 2. Currently the world is void of pure balanced water due to pollution. 3. As humans we have to engineer our water to be pure and balanced via reverse osmosis and re-mineralization. 4. Bottled water and tap water are NOT the best options. 5. The BEST option is owning and utilizing a reverse osmosis/re-mineralization unit at home. 6. The Simple H2O has the highest quality components and filters matched with the best customer service in the industry. 7. The long term costs are fractions of the cost compared to its competitors. It's simply Simple H2O! I've had Culligan and Kinetico systems prior to my Simple H2O and when I submitted my water for independent testing ONLY Simple H2O was(is) consistent with amazing test results. Even after 14 months the tests come back as if I had put brand new filters in. With Culligan and Kinetico after 3 months I would have... Read more

A good quality system is WELL worth its value! We recently bought a Simple H20 R.O. System. After they installated it, it seems to work fine. But one morning we woke up to find that our floor was flooded with water. We frantically called the Hamilton Base Company back that we bought it from and they came out within half hour to fix it. They repaired it and cleaned up the mess and even offered to have our rugs shampooed and it didn't cost me a thing. I have not had any problems with the system and it's been installed now for six months. I don't know who or why anyone would have something bad to say about them. My husband and I thought the young men were polite and the manager I spoke to was sincere about the system leaking and they acted quickly and resolved my problem without asking for any money. They didn't scam me!! I think it is WELL worth the value and the level of service I received!! Margaret. L

Have been looking around for a Reverse Osmosis Water System and came across the Simple H20 Water Filter System. I love the product, the warranty is great and the company has treated us very well. The salesperson was very informative and as I use the Internet for work, the salesperson never felt threaten by my questions and concerns. He gave me the choose to spend the next couple of days before installation to change my mind and to research the product. (Which I did) The installation went smooth and was done with minimal fuss. I highly recommend the product the company and the helpful sales staff and installation man. I LOVE how my water tastes. I think the quality of Aquafina is close to the quality of water that I now enjoy in my own home. The other test is to put two bowls of water down for you favorite pet, one of tap water and the other Aquafina. My puppy went to the Aquafina. My dog is just as important as me and my family is and I want the best. Simple H20 Seven Stage Revers... Read more

I have had the system in my home since 2002. I love the quality of water that the machine produces. My wife and kids swear by it. You can really notice a difference in the taste of foods and beverages. Like most people have stated; The company does want you to purchase the system while they are there in your home. We made our decision do to the fact that it was obvious the information the salesman gave us was true and accurate. The best part was that the salesman also stated that we had 10 days to cancel this agreement if we were not happy. In those 10 days my wife researched everywhere possible on water and systems available (she was on mat leave and had nothing better to do i guess?). Needless to say, we still have the system today! Once a year the company calls us to come to our home and re-test our water to show that it is still functioning properly. In the last 6 years we have spent around $300 on filters. Less than $100/year to maintain. So as far as the negative feedback on he... Read more

"Simple H2O" 7 Stage reverse osmosis Water System, also known as "Life Saver" This unit is supose to eliminate contaminants in your drinking water (PPM - Particles per Million). With TDS meter you can measure how many Particles per Million there is in your water that are contaminants. (iron, led, mercury, etc...) Top filtered water usually measures less than 10 PPM. 0 would be considered Distilled water and would also not be good for you. Water like Aquafina (Bottled) or the 5 Gallon plastic jugs you can get at various water outlet depots will usually register less than 10 PPM. I paid $3000 for this unit and it was supose to keep my water within those levels, also company claims that it doesn't matter how high the PPM are on the TDS meter before installation of this unit, this unit will still bring it down to under 10 PPM. Well my TDS measurement was 420 PPM on Raw water before any treatment. After installation of this unit, it was at 56 at best, I was told to flush the system several ... Read more
