I feel the need to share my experience with Sportsbook.com. I recently pulled out all of my money because of all the negative reviews that I was reading. I requested the wire transfer on Wednesday and the money was in my account by Friday. Maybe I had a better experience because I went with the wire transfer instead of the check but I found this sports book to be great. I love the interface and the reduced juice on Friday's. I recently put a deposit with a "higher rated" sports book because I was afraid that Sportsbook.com would never send me my money. Nothing could be further from the truth. The withdrawal process was a great experience and I'm actually thinking about going back. I don't usually write online reviews but after reading so many negative reviews, I thought you'd like to know that not everyone's experience is a bad one. I would use Sportsbook.com again and I'd recommend it to any of my friends.

Check bounced twice and worst customer service imagineable. They did end up putting the withdrawal amount back in my account months later. What good is that if they just bounce checks?

Completely worthless and unserious site. Allows you to deposit in a second, but then they require you to send scans of your driver's license and credit card just to make a bet on their sports site. Now all my funds are frozen. I never even planned on withdrawing. I only signed up so I could receive a free odds calculator, but I probably won't even get that. Avoid this site at all costs.

I concur and would avoid sportsbook.com. They are super slow in payouts (if you ever do get the payout after constantly checking with them). If you want anything from them it's up to you to keep bugging them. They give you a bonus email and then you have to email them 6 times to get the bonus. Come on. Don't need the hassle and piss poor Customer Service.

DO NOT USE SPORTSBOOK. THey've cheated me out of my withdrawal money. They sent me a check that i Cashed and it BOUNCED. How does a sportsbook bounce a check... my bank charged me on top of it so I actually ended up losing money. They never refunded me . DO NOT USE THIS BOOK unless you want to not get paid.

Sportsbook.com has the slowest payouts I've ever seen in my 7 years of on line wagering. They used to pay out in 2 to 7 days. Now they pay out in about 10 to 12 weeks. Thats right "weeks". Thats 70 to 84 days or pretty much an entire nfl season waiting to be paid. I still wager for the fun and convenience on line. But I do the serious money the old fashion way. With a bookie. That way I can get paid right away like they do in Vegas.

I agree it's a sham. I also feel that some cheating is going on as in ultimatebet.com. I swear this guy was seeing my hole cards in no limit. No reason by the way I was betting and he was calling that he had a one over on me. I had K7 He had K8 no king on the board and won with nothing but a K8 no pair. With an Ace on the board and I had done a large pre flop raise as a bluff and then when got in it I bet some more. Total cheat

Actually got paid after 8 weeks and then got paid with their new payout system on a second withdrawal in eight days. See earlier post

sportsbook.com stinks. I have been waiting on my check for almost 3 months. My original withdrawl request date was 8/25/08, today is 11/11/08. Just like the others below I had to send drivers licience and a utility bill. They have told me that I have sent enough info to get my check so that part is out of the way I satisfied those requests back September. I have sent several e-mails and always get a responce to be patient. If anyone has gotten paid please send me an e-mail and let me know what you had to do [email protected]

No pay out. Stay away from these f'ers. You can buy in with no problems in about 10 seconds. But when you try and cash out it takes months. Get a good old fashioned bookie. Sportsbook.com SUCKS DONKEY. Thanks

Payout takes forever and when you call they ask that you juts wait longer...Waited for over 3 months and still have not received a check..F this site...Don't use it. Im sure they have my money in bank somewhere gaining interest the whole time....

complete ripoff...they will quickly & gladly take your deposit, you will have to fight world war 3 to get a cashout! stay the heck away unless you enjoy giving money away to scam artists in Costa Rica!

I wish I would read the below posts before I set-up my account. They told me that I needed to send a hard copy bank statement, copy of my drivers license and a copy of my credit card. I sent a copy of my on-line statement (which showed their withdrawal even) and my credit card. This wasn't good enough and they did not activate my account. I have been trying for over 2 months to get my initial deposit back. STAY AWAY.

I completely agree with previous reviews. This service is a joke. I waited over 7 weeks before receiving my susbstantial winnings. After depositing my check, I found out that the check had bounced. I am now wasting more time trying/hoping to get this resolved. Stay away from this site. If anyone has successfully received valid funds, please advise

I just got off the phone with Sportsbook as I've had problems getting my withdrawals. I have one check that was lost and cashed. While that issue is being resolved, I requested another withdrawal and asked for courier service. The courier service is called CanadaPost and it seems they only let you track to one destination in the US. From that destination, another "distributor" will mail your check to you via regular mail (even though you asked for courier to begin with so you have a tracking number). Currently, I'm waiting to see if this "distributor" actually sends me a check. I'd advise everyone to look elsewhere as SB is having several problems with their partnerships/"distributors"/etc. From 1 to 10, my experience has been negative 1. I've done a lot of research to try to find a legit company with easy transactions. Anybody have any luck elsewhere? I keep reading about Bodoglife and BetCris.

This site is a complete sham. I've been trying to get a withdraw for over 3 months. The customer service, if you can get them to answer or respond, will just make up lies to get you off their back. When I finally did get a check, it bounced and I got charged several fees. Sportsbook.com said they wouldn't cover the fees and after 2 more months, still haven't cut a new check. Stay away from this site, it is a complete fraud.

Very suspect RNG. Seems to be geared to the members who wager in the sportsbook and play the tables as a side game. Lots of fish and calling stations but they seem to catch more often than not. Serious holdem players should avoid this site like the plague.

Incredible amount of disconnects, useless customer service, and a hassle to cash out at (I'm still waiting two weeks after the 7-10 days that the cash-out site told me is necessary simply for them to receive a request, much less send a payment... oh, and my e-mails to efsplayerservices bounce... from Google).

I ahve been trying to cash out for 30 days and have been continously guaranteed that the check will be sent in the next 10 days. Right now I have a rep saying very politely telling me there is nothing I can do but wait. Waiting over 30 days when their site says 7-10 is rediculous. I ventured into the wonderful world of online betting this evening with the help of Sportsbook.com. I just had a feeling about Monday Night Football tonight. There was no question Baltimore was going to smother Kansas City, right? anyway, back to the review - easy to register, easy to bet. Free $10 to sign up. Can bet the over / under, against the spread, or parlay. Seems to have everything you can do offline...and seems to be just as hard to beat the odds as it is offline as well.
