DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unbelievable experience. Ordered $1700 silk wedding dress in July 2006, was to be delivered in Dec so my daughter could have fitting during Xmas break. Dress arrived 2/17 and there are multiple patched holes in the skirt (remember silk) and pin holes in the silk bodice. Nancy-the owner, refuses to refund, wants to get a replacement dress. 1) first dress took 7 months to get, no guarantee of redelivery (takes 4-6 weeks to get fabric from company because they have to get it from overseas) 2) no confidence in manufacturer's quality if they sent dress with holes 3) Nancy checked dress in on Friday 2/17 afternoon and had my salesperson call me for credit card payment that day and salesgirl noticed holes when she was packing for shipment. Nancy then admitted she knew there were holes!
