I am not a runner, but after reading this magazine, I wish I was. It gives great information on topics for beginners to advanced runners and other useful tips for non runners. It's easy to read and user friendly; it's a must for any runner or aspiring runner!

I'm not a big long distance runner, but I do run regularly; my dad runs a lot and he got the Runner's World for himself, but I find I like to read all the articles for information and motivation. I often find out about the best shoes and important health news through it. Good for all levels.

Oh my god, this magazine helps me so much, because at first, excercising was something that I just did. I started buying this magazine and finally I began to regulate my body, and eat the food that would help my energy. Also, it pointed out areas that I could buy materials so that I may feel comfortable as I run. This magazine helps to find different areas that are very nice to run in and places that I can also volunteer to run for a good charitable cause. This magazine has made me healthier in so many ways. This magazine has helped me to have a better self esteem and better eating habits. At the same time, this magazine helps me to find ways to excersise myself physically and emotionally.

I ran a marathon last year and reading through Runner's World helped. I'm not a pro, so reading about shoes and styles of running and how to avoid injury helped.

Runner's World is a great magazine for staying in touch with the latest trends in running, nutrition, and health issues. This is a great source for shoe reviews and race results/reviews.

This is a great magazine for runners of any level. There are excellent articles on training, profiles on athletes, and inspirational pieces that illustrate the highs and lows every runner experiences. I subscribe to only three magazines and this is one of them.
